Prove there's a god.

Prove there's a god.

Ummm, no. If they can explain it you don't get the money. Then you're just a con-man. Though the foundation does specifically state: "If the Prize is awarded, this would not mean that the JREF acknowledges the existence of the supernatural. However, the JREF will publicly acknowledge that the Claimant has met the Challenge." Definition of SUPERNATURAL 1: of or relating to an order of existence beyond the visible observable universe; especially : of or relating to God or a god, demigod, spirit, or devil 2a : departing from what is usual or normal especially so as to appear to transcend the laws of nature b : attributed to an invisible agent (as a ghost or spirit) That's exactly what they're looking for. Stage magic doesn't count.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #525773)

Please tell me people are voting for Chik-Fil-A based solely on their political stance. I ate there once, years ago. Never even finished my dry, tasteless "sandwich. "  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #85)

Prove there's a god.

If that is true I would suggest cashing in. James Randi has been offering a cash reward since 1964 to anyone who can prove the existence of ANYTHING supernatural. Needless to say the prize has never been claimed and from it's humble $1,000 origins it is now a one million dollar reward. Anyone reading may claim they don't need the money or want the attention. The foundation will offer anonymity as well as write the check to any charitable organization you choose. With that being said I can't see how any moral person could turn down the money, IF they can actually do what so many of you claim. Here's the link: http://www.randi.o rg/site/index.php/ 1m-challenge.html P.S. This was not directed toward you boooots, your post simply reminded me of it.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #525769)

Gun Laws - Grand Junction, CO

I voted "Not at all" just so this misleading poll wouldn't get a "Yes" vote. The truth is the U.S. could use some reform. More States need CCP laws, carrying should be legal everywhere, and many places with current CCP laws need them loosened.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #1)

Is homosexuality a sin?

Everything? Even Jersey Shore, monkeys drinking their own urine going viral, interior decorating, music, recreational drugs, eco-terrorism...I could name more, but I hope you get the point. I don't know where you're getting your information from, but homo sapiens sapiens exists for much, much more than survival and procreation.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #70936)

Marijuana initiative could make or break Obama in Colorado

Hell, I might vote for him if wanted to legalize a plant and make the country a better, safer, more prosperous, saner place.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #519)

OR smoke marijuana and become CEO of a multi-billion dollar company, president of the United States, or....wait for it....the winningest Olympian in history. I'm sure what you say is....yeah, total bullshit.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #46)

Atheism and cowardice

I think this post is enough to show you know nothing of Evolution. I'm sure there's plenty more you know little to nothing about. How are people like you still around in the 21st century? My mind is boggled.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #4491)

So, conjunctions aren't adjectives correct? So, just including "and" into your little list makes your terribly dense and/or a troll. I'm guessing AND a troll.  (Aug 11, 2012 | post #116798)
