Wright's comments were taken out of context, and then he went nuts when the media came crashing in - I've seen nothing of that sort from Obama, so I don't see that it had any effect on him. The church's preaching aside, Obama is all about freedom of religion, not the forcing of religion the right-wing is ALL about. I don't see Obama talking about banning gay marriage, teaching idiocy like ID (it DOES matter, whether you think so or not), and making this country a "Christian " nation governed by "Christian " (nee FASCIST) law.
