Thanks for your post. We are working on a business plan right now, and need to join the chamber as well. We do believe however that there is nothing better than listening to our customers and where they would stop to get a latte or smoothie or whatever from us because thats how you make it. Location, location, location, and what better way than to talk to the people who would go there. Thank you for the advice on joining the chamber. Chance & Sam  (Apr 22, 2009 | post #39)

IF we did a sit in location, how would you all feel about the area by Family video on Happy Valley? IF we did a drive thru we would shoot for somewhere on the main strip. What do you think?  (Apr 21, 2009 | post #27)

thanks for your post. You truly have to know what goes into making a latte: 1 cup, 1 lid, 1 or 2 straws, possibly a cup sleeve, 2 shots of espresso or more, flavor if wanted, milk depending on what kind, all blended by a person to perfection. that all costs money, thats why its more expensive than mcdonalds ground coffee and water which also cannot be comparable to a great handcrafted latte made just the way you want it. If you dont like lattes then you will want drip coffee which we will offer as well for cheaper, but if you go to an espresso stand wanting to get a latte or mocha for the price of a mcdonalds drip coffee then you wont want to get one, but your post is definitely one to think about and is important to us and we thank you. Thank you Jean for your post. We do not like starbucks because pushing a button is not making a latte or mocha, any barista will tell you this. Its like a secret code among ma and pa espresso stations. These will be handmade quality espresso drinks and we will offer drip coffee as well. I personally guarantee we will easily beat that price of a cup of joe, no problem. We would love to get your business and prove ourselves to your needs. Thank-you Chance & Sam  (Apr 21, 2009 | post #20)

WE WANT TO WRITE BIG FOR ALL TO SEE BECAUSE THIS SEEMS TO BE A HOT TOPIC AND A REALLY GOOD QUESTION. THE SIT DOWN OPTION IS TOUGH BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BIGGER PLACE, AND WHAT WE FOUND OUT TODAY IS THAT GLASGOW RECENTLY CHANGED THE LAWS ON BATHROOMS. IF WE HAVE JUST ONE SEAT FOR A CUSTOMER WE LEGALLY HAVE TO HAVE TWO BATHROOMS!! ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD BUT JUST ANOTHER OBSTACLE AND MORE SPACE WE WILL NEED, NOT THAT ANY OF YOU ARENT WORTH IT!! WE ARE STILL DOING A LOT OF WORK ON THIS AND YOUR INPUT IS AWESOME! THANK YOU  (Apr 21, 2009 | post #17)

My Husband and I are working on a business plan for a coffee shop in the area. We will be making espresso based drinks such as Mochas, Lattes, Frappes(Blended drinks),Americanos ,Milkshakes, fresh fruit Smoothies and some baked goods such as muffins, biscotti, donuts, scones, etc. We are NOT a Starbucks, for we will be making the drinks with a more traditional method and a homemade touch. This will be a drive thru with no sit in. Please let us know how you feel about this. Include any suggestions, your occupation, and how many times a week you would stop by. We thank you for your participation. Chance & Sam Collins  (Apr 20, 2009 | post #1)

I love it! The coffee is great and the food is to die for. Not to mention the price is right.  (Dec 6, 2007 | post #1)
