Barabra F. McVaugh of Milmay,NJ passed away Jan.18th

MCVAUGH, BARBARA F. (NEE SIMPSON) 71 - of Milmay, passed away peacefully and entered the presence of the Lord on January 18, 2010. Born and raised in Woodbine, she graduated Millville High School in 1956 and received her BA degree from Glassboro College in 1960. Barbara was a violations clerk under the Krokos Administration for Buena Vista Township in her younger years. She later worked as a fourth grade teacher for Hamilton Township Public Schools for 29 years until her retirement in 1992. During her retirement she owned and operated an antique collectible shop "Bobbi's Treasures." She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Edward "Red Bird", her daughter, Susan Jones and her husband, Douglas, two grandchildren, Emily and Edward, her sister Dorothy May, and numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Nipper. Services will be held on Saturday at 11am at the Boakes Funeral Home 6050 Main St, Mays Landing, where a viewing will be held from 10am until the time of the service. Burial will be at Estell Manor Cemetery. The funral has been done already, but her daeth notice didn't get printed into the Daily Journal accidentaly. Only in 'The Press' of Atlantic City. So this is for anyone who didn't know about Barbara McVaugh's passing, in the 'Daily Journal area'.  (Jan 26, 2010 | post #1)
