I don't agree with what he has done, and I do feel sorry for the family of the victim. It would really be hard to forgive. As Christians, the bible says we are to forgive, and thats a tough one to do for someone who has committed such a horrific crime. As humans , we are not to judge Al, God will take care of that too. The Bible says that a sin is a sin. Everyone on here who is commenting has sinned, including me. We do it all the time, it is in out nature. If I sinned today by stretching the truth, or looking at someone and lusting in my mind, the Bible says I am just as bad as the one who commits murder. We may not like it or agree with it, but that is what the Bible says, therefore I believe it. I guess what I am saying that in Gods eyes we are as guilty as Al everyday of our lives, which brings on another point, forgiveness. Our God is such a wonderful God that he offers us a way out when we sin, and that way is repentance. If we sin and ask for forgiveness and truly mean it, God will forgive us, and that is why he is so Awesome! So if Al has repented of his sins to God, he will reap the benefits , which will be Heaven. That my friend is not my call or yours, its Gods. (Mar 18, 2010 | post #34)
You can have a good band with young band members, 7th and 8th graders. Williamstown has many in their band and they only have around 400 students in their entire school system. They are absolutey awsome!! I am sure they have discipline from their director as well as instruction as to how to play their instruments and fundamentals. A band member is representing our school and needs to act like it when they go to all competitions. This is shown in the way they act and also dress. The director is not there to be their friend, but to be the leader , kind of like parents are suppose to be. Our pep band needs to learn to play songs and not just rely on an electric guitar and the drummer to play for the entire ball game. The other members need to be involved and feel like they are a part, not just stand there and watch the others. This is a time that they can learn music and how to play their instruments , and the crowd really enjoys hearing everyone play, not just two or three. (Nov 10, 2009 | post #24)
They got 15 out of 16. Two of the members were sick and did not get to go. It was a very big accomplishment for them to get as far as they did with as many injuries , and sickness as they had. They are a young band and in a few years they will ROCK!!! (Nov 8, 2009 | post #2)
I don't believe that, Cancer was thriving in Clinton and Cumberland long before the Chicken Plant came along and thats a fact too. (Nov 3, 2009 | post #4)
You know if you are really serious about this and want to learn the word of God from the Bible , Waterview Church of Christ is for you. We teach from the Bible and back it up with Scripture. We don't have service to "entertain " people , we have it to worship and praise our God, and we do it by the Book!! The only Book . The Bible. Our Gospel meeting is going on this week, we invite you to come. Our singing starts at 6:30 and preaching at 7Pm nightly with Lanny Smith. Come give it a try , you wont be sorry. We teach only the truth , nothing more. (Oct 20, 2009 | post #16)
Everybody has to think the worse. These people are the best foster parents in the world. They did not ask me to do this. I did it on my own. I didnt know people would make such a big deal of it , but I should have known. These people spend more of thier own money on these kids than they should and love them like they are thier own. I didnt see anything wrong with asking for one someone was finished with. No they are not in it for the money , but for the love of children. So end this and end it now. Excuse me for trying to help them! (Apr 8, 2009 | post #10)

On the other side of Campbellsville when you are going tword Hodgesville. Like going to Louisville that way, there is a guy that sell AKC doberman puppies. He had some about 3 weeks ago. He had a sign in his yard. He lives in a double wide on the left past a brick church. If you need to call me I can probably give you better directions. four five nine zero four one zero. There is a house right outside of Campblesville that has puppies for sale. It is on the road to Hopkinsville. I saw them on the way to Louisville Saturday. They are AKC. I have bought from them years ago, but I don't remember their names. Very healthy dogs though. (Nov 4, 2008 | post #5)
American drug heads break in homes too, probably more than Hispanics. They also cheat with other peoples wives and cause them to leave their husbands and kids, whats the difference? At least the Hispanics will work and are not out to draw a welfare check. (Oct 27, 2008 | post #25)
I saw the signs and thought the same thing. I think they look very tacky and make our town look so cheap and "hillbilly ". We are much better than that. If you are going to make signs by hand, at least make the writing straight on the sign. Such and embarrassment!! (Jul 22, 2008 | post #7)
