I keep wondering why the United States keeps getting blamed for the problem. No doubt many years ago before we all realized we needed to clean things up it was pretty bad. But since the early 1970s things have improved immensely and yes government had a role, but now things have gone to far. Unintended consequences I guess, but that's what happens when you elect a radical president and he puts radicals in cabinet positions. We have all seen video of the cities in China choked with smog and some of the rivers are polluted worse than anything ever here. I heard Mat Kirkwood on WOOD TV at 6 say we could get 20 to 30 inches of snow by the end of the week. Sure am glad I bought my new snow thrower before Carol Browner bans them. My next few statements are totally off topic but for good reason. I wonder if BHO ever shoveled snow? I bet not, I wonder if he ever has really enjoyed life at all? I don't think so. I bet he never got on a dirt bike and tried to see how muddy he could get, or how far he could jump it, or got on a big road bike and just took off for two weeks all by himself? I wonder if he ever got a big northern pike on the line? I wonder if he ever spent anytime in a deer blind, or went hunting rabbits in the winter? Or sat around a campfire eating smores and watching the stars at night. I wonder has he ever went kayaking with a bunch of people and drank a bunch of beers? I wonder if he has ever spent any time sitting on the shore of Lake Superior with his daughter and his dog and roasted hot dogs over a fire from driftwood he found on the beach. I would venture to say he has never done any of these things, I don't believe he knows what real life is all about nor anyone in his administration. I think they are a bunch of phonies, but they will try to enact laws and regulate things that will destroy the lives of normal everyday people who just want to live a simple life. Funny how the EPA can just make something natural and part of life on earth a dangerous element. No debate no challenge just make garbage up as they go along. This is the passage where I see the truth. And you don't have to be a Christian to know it. Man you sound like a bureaucrat. And that is exactly what we get with this health care garbage a giant bureaucracy of endless rules and regulation. It will never cut cost its not designed to its design to shift the costs from the private sector to the public sector. It will not help one person be healthier. By the way whats wrong with paying for most medical procedures out of your pocket like physical exams or other minor problems. I can see a reason for catastrophic care insurance, but the rest of it pay the doctor with a check. Or make payments to the hospital. Maybe there should be set pricing for procedures an a la carte menu if you will. So you know what the costs are up front. No one should ever be turned away for emergency services, but there is such a wide range I mean people go to the emergency room for ridiculous reasons. I was just wondering, do you think people should be forced to see a doctor at least once a year even if they feel good and have no health problems? I don't. I haven't been to a doctor in many years, only the dentist every six months and I pay cash. Now you are probably thinking that I am part of the so called privileged class, whatever that is, but no I am just a regular person who lives day to day. Insurance is a gamble they gamble on people like me. I had real good insurance through a company I used to work for I think the premium was over $6,000.00 a year for the last few years I worked there. The shortsightedness of some people amazes me. No we are not a christian nation but our country was founded on christian principles. The founders new that they could not establish a national religion that's what they were trying to get away from in part. That is why we don't have a church of the United States. They knew better. Three thousand innocent people died on 9 11 2001. By an attack of an enemy that seeks the destruction of all that is good. We should be sending 200,000 to Afghanistan and hunt down and kill any and all terrorists, if they ever find OBL which I doubt they will ( IMO he is long dead ) it wont matter he will become a martyr. I don't believe BHO has the resolve to see things through he too is shortsighted he cant and wont understand that the only way to deal with an enemy is to destroy it by any means possible as soon as possible.  (Sunday | post #41)

So I read on FOX news that BHO is still going to Copenhagen. No I don't compare what is going on now to WWII. This is a lot worse and the next year and a half will tell the tale. What could be worse than an enemy that dresses just like the people we are trying to help, at least if we are trying to help the Afghan people which I doubt. I say break out the B52s and carpet bomb the terrorists and cut off their food, water, and weapons supply, before one more troop sets foot in that God forsaken country.
