Planners OK cash for Trout Island Trail

I wonder if this means that Trout Island Road or any of the surrounding roads may actually be resurfaced and widened to accomodate the increased load. This road is very narrow and dangerous, especially if there is going to be a parking area established that people have to pull in and out of. Bridge into Mahaney Rec Area and Dam

Will this bridge ever be repaired or replaced? The one lane still open seems to be less safe each year and the other side is an eye sore. Why has this simply been closed and nothing has ever happened with it?  (Jul 2, 2009 | post #1)

For sale: District seeks worth of Seventh Street school

Neither Pym nor 7th st are active schools in the district. Sharpsville still has an Elementary, Middle and High school, these were older schools that the borough of Sharpsville and township of S. Pym. were renting out. The S. Pym. school was demolished and baseball fields were put in it's place (they are really nice and working out well for the community). 7th st right now is being rented out for a DayCare, martial arts classes, etc.  (Jun 29, 2009 | post #3)
