Suspect Held in Church Slaying of Kansas Abortion Doctor

I don't think abortion is right at all. It is morally wrong and I extremely dislike killing innocent babies. But the fact is, the United States does NOT view abortion as a crime. If Pro-Life advocates want to win this ongoing battle, they must do it with peace and restriction, not murder and hate.  (Jun 2, 2009 | post #728)

Could North Korea Hit the U.S. Right Now?

I think North Korea very well has the capacity to attack the U.S., or the Free World in general, with at least one nuclear weapon. The thing is that North Korea will not like the response the World will give back. But then brings up the question, if North Korea can do it, will Iran do it?  (Jun 2, 2009 | post #3)

Ron Paul on the Verge of Going Third Party?

Well, if Ron Paul were to join a third party, the third party he joins might finally get some much needed influence. It gets me frustrated when candidates are automatically called out of a race just because they're part of a third party. Some of the candidates in a third party may have better ideas than the members of a majority party. But many of them don't have a chance just because they're part of a minority party.  (Jun 2, 2009 | post #15009)

Suspect Held in Church Slaying of Kansas Abortion Doctor

This was a horrible crime committed by this man. Everyone has a right to practice what they believe in. I don't believe in abortion, but as long as it's legal, people should be protected against hate and violence.  (Jun 2, 2009 | post #723)

North Korea

I am getting sick and tired of how the North Koreans are just ignoring the world and going on with their dangerous plans. I think we should cut off all aid to North Korea and show those Communists how strong they really are. Their million man army will just fall apart with no food.  (Jun 2, 2009 | post #1)

Should war be used to expand nations' borders?

I think nations have the right to invade another nation as long as the nation that is being invaded has disrespected the invading nation. Other than that, this is the 21st Century and war can't be the solution to everything.  (May 13, 2009 | post #2)

Which country if any will conquer world in 2012?

I think China will conquer the world if it wants to. It has the military and economic might to do it. Who's stopping them?  (May 13, 2009 | post #4)

Would anyone listen if students protest a law?

It bothers me that some adults would not listen to a group of students with a negative view on a certain law even if the students were well educated and knew what they were talking about.  (May 13, 2009 | post #1)

As Nation Reflects on Prayer Day, Obama Declines

Pres. Obama has a right to, or to not, pray publicly. Just because he doesn't pray out in the open, doesn't mean he's not asking for guidance or wisdom. I don't think anyone should be criticizing him for not taking part in this event, but it would be nice for him to send a shoutout to the religious men and women out there.  (May 13, 2009 | post #429)

New York Assembly Passes Gay Marriage Bill

Wow, its like every week yet another state accepts gay marriage. I'm not happy that it's being so widely accepted, but i like to see federalism take its course. Go states!  (May 13, 2009 | post #24)

President Obama's perscription for economic well-being?

I don't think fixing healthcare should be tooken care of so fast. First, we have to get our economy at least stable, stop adding on debt, and THEN we start worrying about healthcare. We need to take one thing at a time.  (May 13, 2009 | post #1)

Pelosi: House taking up health care before recess

I highly doubt that Congress will be able, or have the will to, get a sweeping healthcare bill in by July. The way these people work is an extremely slow process.  (May 13, 2009 | post #2)

Did you know there was an election for mayor recently?

Ya, and look at where McAllen is under his leadership.  (May 13, 2009 | post #7)

Sobriety Checkpoints Coming to Texas

But both of those cities have a relatively small population compared to others around Texas. We can tell that small cities can handle this and make this system profitable, but how will larger cities cope with this. Larger city's police forces have to deal with more crime and disturbances. Smaller cities don't have many problems to deal with.  (May 13, 2009 | post #11)

We're not talking about immigration here, we're talking about sobriety checkpoints.  (May 13, 2009 | post #10)
