In my opinion, Subway is NOT a sub, the only way to get something worth eating there is to order double meat. Any sub that has it's meats pre-cut is not worth having, every stitch of their subs is pre-measured/deter mined right down to the amount of condiments they are supposed to put on each sandwich. Might as well make it at home. Their service is horrible with a double side of rotten attitude and is why they don't get my business. Quizno's is no better when it comes to the amount of meat on their subs, matter of fact I believe it is less than what subway uses. As for $100 bills, come on already!! I'm surprised that any place takes them, respect the fact that it is posted most any place you go no bills larger that a $20. Anyway, the main problem these days with any eatery is CUSTOMER SERVICE... they forget that without the customer they don't have a business. I will gladly pay for double meat and extra cheese, but not when the person behind the counter acts like they are doing ME a favor by serving me!! I don't care who called you last night, who you saw, or who broke up with who, as you are discussing this with a co-worker or answering a text message and not waiting on folks in line or forgetting what was just said on what to put on the sandwich and you have to be told 3 or 4 times and still screw it up!! It's sad that people forget they are getting PAID to do a JOB!! And this is everywhere not just in Portland!!  (Apr 12, 2012 | post #18)

Anonymous bullying...not so anonymous.

It amazes me how people have nothing better to do with their time than to come on this site and smear people for nothing. I'm so glad this link got posted, thank you Anti-Bully!! You can be anyone you want on the internet, but your little tiny footprints called "IP" knows WHO and WHERE you are!!  (Apr 9, 2012 | post #2)

Portland Government

The majority of houses selling are foreclosures as they can be purchased for half of what is owed on them. The banks want to unload this surplus and will accept just about any figure offered within 25% of the current asking price which most of the time is already 25-40% of what they took them back for. So what does that do the rest of the housing market? It decreases the value of every home within a 2 mile radius. Homes are not selling like they have many years past. The only hope Portlanders have is if KY passes the Gambling in November that will help our real estate market tremendously.  (Mar 16, 2012 | post #20)
