Wean smean, if you need it, take it. Okay, I have taken xanax and klonopin and in my opinion they are totally different. Xanax immediate reaction, I too have the "blackout " effect and lethargy as well as total lack of desire or motivation to do anything! Klonopin- way more mild, takes longer to feel the effects and not as long lasting. I still feel very mellow and not really ready to run any marathons or my autobiography. However, I TRULY believe with any of these benzos people are affected on an individual basis. IMHO (Sep 5, 2009 | post #19)
