Easy answer, as the government does not work for the people, it works for it's masters: various corps, financial and industrial, as in oil/energy/weapons and pharmaceutical. When one of the above gets greedy, they push their political button-person to create an illegal war. Everytime. There is a cascade of layers to the above in terms of lesser severity. We have a low level invasion of South America under the guise of the 'war on drugs,' etc. (If we were serious about the import of drugs, we would guard the borders. Too easy.) True, but even the name is recycled. The profiteers pulled the same hoax, with the same name, 30 years ago. The gangstas simply re-use successful formulas, the gullible 'professionals' mental-lock-step, and the entire social affair snowballs out of control while increasing profit margins.
