Galloway Visits Steelers

Joey is a great receiver, but his age is definately a disadvantage. We have Hines, Santonio, and Limas, do we really need another high paid player like that, which we may only get a year or two out of. If it was my choice, the Steelers have always had the keen ability to find the hidden potential in great athletes that were not picked up by other teams, ie: Parker. Joey has had a great career but I'd pass unless it was dirt cheap and I mean cheap to sign him for a year or two. Just my opinion  (Mar 10, 2009 | post #1)

Titans, Washington agree to terms

Hate to see you leave Nate, but good luck with the Titans. It's just a little sad when we loose a player, who is good on the field, and doesn't cause problems off the field. May God continue to bless Nate all of our beloved Steelers with health and happiness.  (Mar 3, 2009 | post #1)

Steelers kicker Jeff Reed pleads guilty to criminal misch...

Typical for this guy. Even though he is a decent kicker, he recently charged forty dollars per autograph at a NE Ohio charity to raise money for a food bank. He only gave five per singing to the food bank and kept the rest. It's not like he doesn't make enough money already. SAD SAD  (Feb 21, 2009 | post #1)

The Steelers definately need to do whatever is in their power to keep Harrison. He is a great defensive player. Good luck James  (Feb 18, 2009 | post #1)

Harrison's 100-yard dash will go down in Super Bowl history

Hello Everyone, Fortunately I am a die hard Steeler fan from the 70's through now. I am glad that we won the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, I would have to agree that Harrison's actions were not only not warranted, they were deeply troubling as a Steeler fan to watch. The Rooney family has always been respected in the NFL, and I too hope that Harrison is heavily fined for his actions, Sorry James,,,, you were way out of line, no matter if you're playing with passion or whatever else excuse that could possibly be argued.  (Feb 9, 2009 | post #26)

Steelers' Polamalu a study in contradictions

Dear Mr. Birds of Baltimore. Well said. I agree too, I would love to have Ed Reed in those beautiful Steeler colors. But I also agree that while they remain in their respective positions and city's they are the king of their individual postion. Scott P.S. It is ironic that u responded to this. While at a Super Bowl party, I was involved in a discussion with several other men over who else they would take, and ironically, my son and I agree that Ed Reed is the person that we would take and most respected.  (Feb 9, 2009 | post #4)
