Does it make a sound when it doesn't start? Does the engine crank or can you hear the ignition click? Need more info.  (Feb 18, 2013 | post #2)

Refreshing or Revolting: 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The Jeep concept and good looks left in 2005 to 2011. Returned briefly in 2012. As other's have said. The 2013 now looks like a Range Rover, Ford, BMW and VW.  (Feb 4, 2013 | post #4)

Airbag Light?

Jeeps poor reliability and Dealership ripoffs have never been in question. I love Jeeps while always aware of questionable build quality. You have to research and know what you're buying before you lay your money down. You sure as hell didn't buy you're FJ Cruiser or Montero for their looks...you bought them for reliability. Why did you buy a Jeep?  (Oct 8, 2012 | post #151)

a/c blower

What year? What engine? Check your blower motor switch under the dash. When they burn out only 1 or 2 speeds will work.  (Oct 1, 2012 | post #2)

1999 grand cherokee.

What engine? Check your CPS (crank position sensor) Also, look for a break in the wire harness along the firewall and behind the fuel rail. On my 2000 the end of the fuel rail had torn through the plastic conduit and the harness shorting out a wire. The Jeep would die whenever I turned right...go figure.  (Oct 1, 2012 | post #2)

Using electric heat gun to fix dent in rear bunper,

very carefully.... seriously, there's some bad youtube vids on this and the results don't look too promising. The aftermarket bumper covers are cheap if you look around. I guess it depends on how the rest of your Jeep looks. Personally my '99 looks like new so I'd go with the new cover. Best of luck  (Sep 10, 2012 | post #2)

Report: Chrysler Dealers Repairing Warped V-6 Cylinder Heads

And just when things were looking up for Jeep. They finally tossed the dumpy '05-'10 body style for the BMW X5 look alike and now this...sad day indeed.  (Aug 20, 2012 | post #7)

Keeping my bumper looking good

Forget about all those hyped auto products that don't last but steal your money. For a much more permanent soloution try either Penetrol(Amazon.co m)or boiled linseed oil. Some people cut the linseed oil with paint thinner 50/50. I found that it goes on well by itself and once massaged in and lightly wiped off it lasts for months. Rain storms and car washes don't even affect it. Be sure to mask off your paint at the cladding and bumpers just to be safe.  (Apr 23, 2012 | post #2)

Airbag Light?

This helped! My airbag light came on after I removed the #32/33 fuses while troubleshooting. Problem was I didn't push them back in all the way. Give a firm push to the yellow holder when re-installing.  (Mar 11, 2012 | post #142)

2008 Jeep Overland Low Beams

My wife complained of the very same thing on her Grand. Unfortunately the shop cannot do anything for your horribly innefficient and unsafe lighting on your Jeep. Do what I did and retrofit in some HID lighting. I'm not talking about throwing in some bulbs or an HID "kit" like everyone does. I installed world class projectors into the OEM housings that have phenomenal output and make even the new GC's (with factory HID)look like they forgot to turn on their lights. Of course this come with a price tag but in my mind it's well worth it. Here's a youtube link if you care to look. http://youtu.be/aa wbPBk--cc  (Nov 14, 2011 | post #2)
