As to the cost I couldn't say I'm not an attorney but if you look at my response to UK victims post later in this thread your question should be pretty much answered. I have my own axe to grind this lot and have employed my considerable connections for over a decade in search of a satisfactory resolution, they have for the most part wrapped themselves well with legal protection. However, it appears they are becoming increasingly desperate to maintain their " cash flow" to the point that legal lines are now being crossed , if your business with them is recent the chances are fairly good for a civil suit. Your problem is their lifestyle has lost your cash and my local connection informs me that they're in financial " s!&t" so it would be pointless  (Nov 12, 2013 | post #136)
