Woman arrested for 7th drunken driving offense
Imagine how many times she's driven drunk and didn't get caught. Who's car is she driving? Does Wisconsin require you to have a license to register a vehicle in your name? Having had 6 prior DWI's, I find it hard to believe she had a valid license. (Sep 10, 2008 | post #6)
Ramsey / Hotel clerk claims ponytail was stolen
Something really fishy about this story. It takes more than one snip with scissors too cut someones ponytail. As a hairdresser, I've done it dozens of times and it takes a couple minutes to get thru a ponytail. Like the girl "Jenny" interviewed on Channel 5, it's possible she regrets her decision to sell her hair and crying wolf. Get over it, it's only hair. Not cut in 17 yrs? Did it drag on the floor? This guy did her a favor. (Sep 10, 2008 | post #1)
Anarchy in St. Paul streets? How about just weirdness
It's ashame they haven't realized their "cause" is lost and over shadowed due to their violent acts. (Sep 3, 2008 | post #70)
Respected American journalists arrested at Republican Convention
"Goodman was arrested while attempting to free two colleagues who were being unlawfully detained." There's her problem right there. The police don't know who she/they are and by her interferring made matters worse. If she shut her mouth and waited patiently, she could have been free to help prove who the "unlawfully detained" colleagues were IF they were to be arrested. (Sep 3, 2008 | post #2)
When does Freedom of speech include violence against others and their property? Why do some feel they are entitled to cause this type of violent behavior and then cry because they were arrested? Do they not realize their 'point' is being lost thru their own actions? If some of these people didn't hide their faces, I'm sure their parents would be so proud. (Sep 3, 2008 | post #15)

Marchers fret as arrests cloud anti-war message, MN
It's funny how some people are protesting the violence in war by using violence to make their point. I would think a line of protesters with a sign naming each person killed in this war would have made more of a statement than smashing other peoples property. WooHoo! You broke a window, what's that going to do for those fighting overseas? (Sep 3, 2008 | post #2)

Stolen SUV recovered with baby inside
Was the car running with the keys inside? Was the vehicle locked? Were they out of their car seats jumping around with the windows wide open? If the keys were NOT in the ignition & the doors were locked...Whats the problem? (Aug 20, 2008 | post #89)
Stolen SUV recovered with baby inside
My dad did that in the early 70's. Keep in mind, back then we didn't need to be strapped into car seats. My brother (who had to be about 3 yrs old) was left in the running car while my dad ran into 7-11. My brother was bouncing around on the front seat and hit the shifter into reverse or neutral. The car sarted rolling backwards into the middle of a busy highway. No one was hurt, but I guarantee you, my dad never did that again! (Aug 18, 2008 | post #85)
QUOTE who="Pam "]<quoted text> What makes you think that there aren't any lesbians out there doing the same thing?[/QUOTE] Exactly! I recall a story within the past couple months where a lesbian couple beat & battered a 3 yr old boy? I wouldn't care what 'orientation' a person was. I would leave my child with a homosexual person the same as a heterosexual person as long as they were excellent in caring for my children. Abusers come in many forms. (Aug 18, 2008 | post #10)
