Still nowhere near 99.9%.. the studies concluding to 98.5% are misleading as well.
And if you want to get technical about it, we are actually 99.95-99%(Depending on individuals not race) the same IF you want to get technical about it ;D.
AND as I've said again and again there is MORE difference between two people of the SAME "race" as there is between two different races as a whole.
Since Race is decided by culture, may I also point out that it was european tribes led by the Malay/Asiatic Huns that conquered Rome and did much to destroy their culture.. So there must have been a conflict between the culture(race) that is Rome and the other various European cultures(races).(note that I put CULTURE(S) as there is no such thing really as a "white" nation especially at that time.)
White and Black are new ideas in terms of culture.. White being the empowered, accepted culture and Blacks the Outcast..,(there are Pacific Islanders who are considered "black" in New Zealand, there are extremely dark asiatics who are considered "black" int he philippines.)
