Police. Ambulance called to RB High School

No, these were marked squad cars. Sort of overkill, don't you think, if it's just a false alarm. I don't like the sneakiness of the town lately.  (Oct 27, 2009 | post #3)

Police. Ambulance called to RB High School

Driving home last night, I saw no LESS than 5 squad cars and one ambulance speeding over the RBHS. I saw a group of kids gathered on the front lawn, but was going in the opposite direction so I couldn't tell what the deal was. Does anyone know? Also, I've seen squad cars, fire trucks and ambulances speed over to the Junior High and Elementary school, with NO information about that either. As a concerned parent, I feel like we're not being given all of the information we should be getting, whether it's on the Landmark or Suburban Life web pages, or ANYWHERE on the Riverside web site. What is with the 1984 like censorship of information? Don't we deserve to know what is going on in our schools?  (Sep 25, 2009 | post #1)

Cougar Sighting in NW Wisconsin

Well, Frank, maybe you'll now believe this, posted on the Easter cougar network website under "breaking news." http://www.riverfa llsjournal.com/art icles/index.cfm?id =34505&section =outdoors, outdoor news&property_ id=9 I don't get the disbelief. The cats are back, just not in the numbers that you'll see out West. Hence the difficulty in getting photographs. And not just in Wisconsin, but most states neighborhing yours, including mine, Illinois.  (Jun 8, 2009 | post #1650)
