Canadian Man Dies After Being Tasered

Other methods dealing with an out of control individual are what? Sorry, but when someone is out of control, and are not listening to reason, and the police need to protect the safety of others as well as themselves, I see nothing wrong with using what ever means necessary to subdue the individual. We don't know that the taser was the cause of this man's death. For all any of us know, he could have had an existing heart condition that was exasperated by the taser. Unfortunately, cops have no way of getting instant medical condition information on people before tasering them.  (Nov 26, 2007 | post #26)

School bus crashes into house in Islip Terrace -

You would know this how? I'm betting you tried to get a job as a school bus driver and you were turned down because of too many traffic violations in your MVR, or you have something in your background that disqualified you from driving a school bus. School bus drivers go through many hours of behind the wheel training as well as a state mandated 30 hour training course, with regular refresher training every 6 months.  (Nov 13, 2007 | post #47)
