SAY IT AIN'T SO!!!! Britiney Mayes is studing law. That IMO, is very scary. I hope it is just an internet rumor. Mayes is a tough egg to crack. Rumored to live in a trailer park, and also having online photo suggesting her family belongs to a Yacht Club. I know what I said in post #10840 could be viewed as a dismall outlook. However, remember although the 8 may have never asked for Christina Garcia and Utubedetective to be their spokespeople, no one with in the 8 or their families have ever denounced the messages these trolls delivered. Garcia as mamiconrazon and other internet log ons, as well as her cable appearences has portrayed a person of very questionable morals. I now say Christina Garcia has been a production of Greta Van Susteren, furthermore because none of the 8 have denounced the above mentioned. They too, should be reknown as the idiots Ms garcia portrays. I believe on a Sunday afternoon earlier this year, Christina paying a $5,000.00 with in two hours, is proof her dysfuntional act is sponcered.  (Saturday Dec 12 | post #10841)

I have the answer if you're still upset about this whole thing. It's actually stealing a page out of the 8's lawyers play book. Some may even relate it with Howard Stern Philosphy. To attack the 8 on youtube and myspace. The 8 have shown their weaknesses. I even believe if you paid attention, their weakest link was exposed right here. Phil if I give you a good argument here that Rush Limbaugh is actually a tool for the Democratic Party would you possible see things my way. That is American media is all about entertainment. Because IMO, I believe that is what my argument proves. You may enjoy this but my argument is very unpopular here in The USA, because it makes us look like fools to a certian extent. American psychology is all about extra innings. Just like a contracter may delibratly fix something and leave it so, in time it is more likely to break again, so now they have a job down the road. Phil as you and Gompertz continue to make this more complicated then it is. I hope you take a time out to read this. The media coverage that was pro-8 was coming from Fox News with the exception of Bill O'Reilly. if we go back to week 1, all were againt the 8 and Dr Phil, as Dr Phil claimed exclussive rights to Christina Garcia. Fox and CNN were all over the ethics of the 8 and Dr Phil. UNTIL, the night came Christina Garcia was on the Greta Van Susteran Show. Long and behold NOW, Greta and her guess panel had a 5 to 1 ration supporting the 8 not going to jail. O'Reilly as I mentioned left Fox lock step. In regards to CNN, they most likely went anti-prison because now they figured there were many possible guess to be had by leaning towards the 8. To this day I believe Dr Phil did have that exclussive contract with Christina Garcia, and I believe he sold that contract to Greta Van Susteran. The media coverage has nothing to do with Liberal vs Conservative. It is pandering to the accessible, in hope of gaining contact. Even I or we have been guilty of it. We've softened our views when we see we may engage in conversation with The Hassalls or Christina Garcia. As I stated here and in private e-mails, I don't get why the trio took it up a notch when The Hassalls were here. In some ways I even found it counter productive from much of David's conversation online, however as i also posted. Gompertz, in my life's experiences, for many people, "everything is" something. I would say money is the most common. You could go to Barnes & Noble and find the so many catagories of what falls under "everything is". I would venture in your case "everything is" a puzzle. I would say that's why you make this more complicated then it is. In the trios case "everything is" a battle. From what I have seen of Megan and Tori "everything is" moving on. For those that are now in control of released to media, "everything is" capturing sexual preditors. In regards to your troubles with the 8, court, maybe even with your family, you may have read my support. yes, to me you are little miss can't be wrong, and I say that with no sarcasm, honestly none at all. Now we move on from that for a bit, or at least I do. Victoria on this evening did you have a bunch of people dressed in blue with white letering numbers outlined in blue surrounding you. Were they depressed? I would venture yes. You do know I am a Crimson Tide fan. OK, Tori you took the pro circuit this year. That's funny, because let's face it the fish won't even make the playoofs and if they did..... you know the answer. I'll give you this your Gators would have beat Texas. Gompertz, I did nt read all of 10815. As you'll see in my next post this is a joyfull day for yours truely. WARNING, I will make fun of Tori. In the only way I ever will. Atleast in this lofe time, maybe one day the world or just her will know how I use to upset her :-) . Gompertz, not long ago I posted a more American then thou joke here. You may recall it, the claim you never purchase an American beer. Gomp, I am sorry but American psycholgy is a very sad joke. Honestly Germens really get into it. I wouldn't disput Germany does it better in regards to this topic, and by no means does that come easy from me. American psycholgy is a combination of two things. 1. Maintaining a purpose. Thye ban together to be sure they have a job at the end of the day. 2. Just what we saw here. letting all be undisturbed. Allow the deviant more space and see if the deviant repeats. The sad reality is, I believe they do hope for repeat. The slap on the wrist. (I) don't believe the 8 got slap on the wrist mainly because of Spoto, nor the psychologist eliment. I believe the slap on the wrrist is for the purpose of Victoria having something worth sueing. I also believe, there is a tone of racism and sexism there. Well Phil. My answer to your well put together post is. I honestly don't believe these people will commit any other crimes with one possible exception. Maybe you may view me as a Jail Guard with respect for his convicts when I say this. It is my honest opinion the 6 girls are too much of cowards to ever endevour in another crime. I truely mean all they have done is of absolute cowardness. They were raised by cowards unworthy of having children. So as you may recall in the prior paragraph, I did mention one exception. that exception is, abusing the children they have. I'd be suprised if they do have a child and not beat that child. more likely then not, they'll get away with it. Oh, of cource internet gossip, that;s a worthy cause. Gompertz, this post is in responce to post 10813. I AM AFRAID i'D BREAK 4,000 CHARICTORS, if I deirectly you the reply. I have to start my responce with a story I hope does not bore you. Post 10813, is to me like being Alex Rodriquez, he's in my opinion the best power hitter in baseball today. I believe Scott would agree, AleX is a Yankee. Imagine this I am A. Rodriguez, I am facing a rookie pitcher, in the middle of the season, the cather is future Hall of Famer Ivan Rodriquez, (Ivan is unquestioned by his peers). I watch the rookie shake his head no, three times. Ivan then walks to the mound, he talks briefly to the rookie, then throws his arms out wide saying "O.K". Iavn then tells me, "Alex it's a fast ball right down the middle." That's how your post 10813, makes me feel like Alex knowing the rookie will give steam down the pike. Of Course that ball is out of here. Thank you Gompertz. First Carl Jung. I am looking foward to eventually reading his book about arch types. Gomp you disapoint me for never suggeting I read it, you do recall my Loki thing. BTW, Loki could be Christna Garcia. I think Unknown picked that up and had some resentment towards me. I like Loki better then The Devil, the Devil has that manging Hell thing. Otherwise they do mirror each other. Yes it is strange we do need a little Loki at times. I may get back to that. Second Freud. You do know in my opinion the Freud view has taken over. I believe the reason the most logical form of solving the problems is because The Police are using this to try to catch pedafiles. Gompertz you may not like this, but I believe you were keyed upon because of your martial arts suggetion. Yes, Gompertz it's most commonly known as The Catfight Fettish. To tis day I believe those that like that play pocket pool while watching April Cooper assault Tori. Why stop at that fettish, Tori also has masturbaters watching her that are into bondage styled fettish. Then there is the pure abuse jerk offs, and I do mean that literally. People ask why I don't let it go. The worse scum bags in the world are enjoying the photo Ms. Hardcastle wanted in her collection. I guess that is why I understand the trio more then they understand I, I do realize their message. Against the 8 as they do go on about it. Gomp, I am sorry but it is not complicated as you may present it, or the crap that past as psychologist suggest. it is as simle as the 8 do need to publicly appologise, and so their lawyers. In the lawyers case they eed to continue after Tori. You want healing it begins where I say it begins, real apologies and for everyone to hear. Gompertz I find your interest in psychology understanding. Or should I phrase it i understand you having this interest. I too, could enjoy the reading of the psychology of fictional charictors, like Dr House interesting, or of a group. The book now on sale about Psychology of Battlestar Galactica, of course my favorite would be the study of the fictional charictor known as The Joker. All the above and many, many more could perhaps help us all understand ourselves better. Unfortunatly Gompertz, I don't share your respect of the psychology world today. As I see them in the end, they over analyse the simple and under-estimate the ugly. Too often, what is Western Liberalism is purely an accident waiting to happen. This story of "The Florida Teen Cheerleader Beatdown." is the perfect example of today's psychology, and from what I see the psychologist have taken over the results. I'd venture to wager Kieth Spoto is a fan of contemporary psycholgy. Now we see where it goes. I believe where I and the trio clash so hard is, that the trio, in my opinion has blamed the particpants of the beating for too long. IMO, there came a point and time, that the professionals handling the case are to blame. And I do exclude PCSO when I say this.
