You hit the nail right on the head dude.I live in Oak Ridge also.Lucky enough though not to be in the Manhattan Projects.I had to do a computer job there and I walked in and had flashbacks to when I lived in NYC and had to work in the Section 8 projects all over NYC.Lights were out in the halls,halls smelled like urine,garbage tossed everywhere.I would like to know who manages that apartment complex.They need to be held responsible for the deplorable condition of that place (Apr 1, 2009 | post #2)
