Teen Drivers Rush To DMV To Avoid Stricter License Laws
I would rather see a teenager feel a little 'oppressed' at having to prove that he or she is a safe driver than to see his or her lifeless body lying on the side of the road. (Wednesday Dec 16 | post #1)
Chiefs In Blackout Danger Again
Lower the ticket price and stop charging ridiculous fees for parking. The parking prices at the Stadium is worse than the parking garages in Downtown Manhattan. You have two terrible teams playing, and that makes the ticket price grossly over-inflated. (Wednesday Dec 16 | post #3)
As long as he knows that KU is a 'what have you done for me lately' environment, and that he will be thrown under the bus the moment something goes awry, then at least he knows what he is getting himself into. (Monday Dec 14 | post #4)

Five Arrested in Missouri Child Sex Investigation
I don't care if the 'ex-wife' was the director of the CIA, she couldn't pull off a hoax this elaborate. There is way too much evidence here for this to be some kind of made up thing. I think you have your head in the sand on this one. (Nov 12, 2009 | post #391)

Wayside Waifs Treating 25 Dogs Recovered From Puppy Mill
Way to step up and help out, Berniece. I am sure that the puppy that you get will have a wonderful life with you. Your best bet is to call or visit the shelter and let them know what you would like to do (I don't know if they read this forum). Wayside Waifs is all about getting pets into good homes, and I am sure that they will be happy to see you. (Nov 11, 2009 | post #10)
Wayside Waifs Treating 25 Dogs Recovered From Puppy Mill
You know, dogs are nicknamed man's best friend for a reason. They are really amazing animals who can interact with humans at a level that is simply amazing. With this mind, I do not have the words to express my disgust with seeing them treated in this manner. The person or persons behind this have absolutely no decency or class. What is more vile is the fact that these malnourished, improperly cared for puppies were destined to be sold as pet. The silver lining to this cloud is that Wayside Waifs have them now, and they are a class act. They'll get these puppies back in tip top shape and will get them in good homes. Chiefs Release Running Back Larry Johnson
Well it looks like he might be headed for the Redskins. Of course, that is the most disfunctional organization in the NFL. So, he will fit right in. DeAngelo Hall can go pick fights with other coaches, and Larry can go spit on the coach's wife. They will be such a lovely group. (Nov 10, 2009 | post #119)
Parents Defend Teacher Fired For 'Sexual Banter' In Classroom
I think more facts need to come to light. What exactly was said. Is this a case of a principal / school board on a power trip or was there really inappropriate conversation. (Nov 10, 2009 | post #5)
Family Marries Off 14-Year-Old Girl, Husband Charged with Rape
100 years ago, you were considered old if you made it to 50. Most people were dying in their 30's. If this is part of someone's culture, then that culture is disgusting. (Nov 9, 2009 | post #7)
Chiefs Release Running Back Larry Johnson
Good bye and good riddance. Maybe he can go to Oakland or Dallas where his criminal and immature behavior will fit right in. (Nov 9, 2009 | post #5)
