The best western on 358 & hwy49 in Paragould is nothing but a selfish rip off! Our company spent nearly $100,000.00 on our business stay & when we tried collecting on points reward he told us it cost him money & he will not honor the point rewards program & best western agreed. What a fat piece of shit & he is from Missera as he calls it.I recieved all my points over 49,000 he sad the front desk girls were wrong in awarding my points, & it was his idea to have us sign up for the program. Now after telling my sister about this problem she said not to worry the hotel just requested the final mpayment & she said she will not pay them unless he honors his commitment she has had to do that before.
