If you are visiting the city, you do not need a city sticker. However, if you park in a neighborhood with permit parking, you will get a ticket no matter where you live. The lady should have taken the expired sticker out of her windshield. Is the car still registered in Chicago? If so...your fault. Most of the cities and towns use vehicle stickers not the counties. In Illinois, if you want to ride a scooter larger then 50cc you must take classes and upgrade your license to an M. 49cc scooters are just right for the city. LW1...the girl should have walked away after her apology for hitting the boys eye. That would have been the end of it. Then the name calling would have never happened. LW2....the neighbor was wrong to confront like that but if a gift receipt wasn't included what other avenue did she have? I bet it was all misinterpreted wrong. Fox River currents capsize boat near McHenry
This accident happened before the official closing of the Chain O'Lakes and boat traffic on the Fox River. The guy was an experienced fisherman. He just didn't heed the advice of those on shore.
