Committee looks at marijuana dispensaries

For a State that has shown the initiative so many times in the past in billboards, bottle laws, green up days, and many other acts soon copied by other states it is shameful to see how far behind the ball our staid and non informed thought train has derailed any meaningful effort at improving the quality of life for those who need it? We can be stubborn and prideful Yankees when we want to be! Information ,not outdated opinions are needed! Thank you.  (Sep 27, 2011 | post #1)

Correct in all descriptions! The comments made are for the purpose of breaking up an otherwise mundane day. If I could be active my conversation might be more relevant, but this cannot be! In the meantime I have you guys to listen to and trade various barbs and occasional insults of questionable merit? But keep in mind fun? The overriding motivation for at least some of the comments engendered. Have a good day. See ya in a month or so?  (Sep 27, 2011 | post #190)

Haven't checked this site in quite some time! Too busy playing the 5 year old by now daily routine of meetings and abstinence from all opiates! So why am I on this site devoted to the explicit abuse of the substances described? BOREDOM! Vicarious enjoyment reading the various comments and actions retold on these pages! It is a highly specialized site, you must admit? Have a good day.  (Sep 27, 2011 | post #189)

In total agreement! Insults and back and forth banter can be entertaining if the subject matter is kept slightly creative! Can't engage in getting high anymore as I am using SUBOXONE to stay stable and have found that it improves my mental condition better than anything I have tried in the distant past! (Schizo)! The focusing action of the Bupes and the way they kill the craving to get high outweigh the getting high factor! Alas, some things just must pass? G'day.  (Sep 27, 2011 | post #188)

Harkening back to the "You must be off your meds again Cliffy"? Strangely enough you have hit the nail on the head! Haven't taken the thought changing Gorilla Biscuits since late 1978! Rather hallucinate and have a personality however broken than walk around in a thoughtless haze! The down side is some rather odd thoughts from time to time. Love the ribbing, cool! Have a good day?  (Sep 27, 2011 | post #187)

For people who want to snort the OP's

Interesting logic line? The idea that people would deliberately come onto this decidedly ONE-WAY Topic Forum and attempt to sabotage a poor helpless Oxy abuser? I am shocked at the lack of humanity displayed by such actions! May you rot in hell for furthering the misery of the underdog Oxy abuser? He has a tough enough job as it is without your cold and callus misdirection! SHAME!  (Aug 3, 2011 | post #3036)

Defeating the New "OP" Oxycontin

I sense a feeling of degradation on this topic line since last I visited? A You Tube sort of hatred and nonsensical sort of posting seems to be intruding into the questionable topic line! No big, take the best and leave the rest? Have a good y'all?  (Aug 3, 2011 | post #3025)

The comment above is for you Pirate Fan. C'mon that is a lot of money not to get to air your complaints when their is fault to be found? Watch the prophecy line of movies with Christopher Walken and comment upon the continuity present in that set? Would be interesting to see what you find entertaining in them? G'day.  (Aug 3, 2011 | post #7)

'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides': Too long a...

Having watched the Bourne series countless times,I was shocked at how the camerawork RUINED the second in the line of that franchise! The brain cannot retain and visualize an image if it is not given sufficient time to process it! Different Directors and circumstances do make a BIG difference and to not acknowledge this is to prove what a conforming money spending demographic member of this society you are! Go in peace and long may you prosper? Thank you. WOOPS! Sorry man, this comment is directed to the Blah, blah guy who finds no fault in the slop being served up! Please excuse me for improper placement? Too lazy to go back and rewrite the entire reply for the right comment,PARDONE?  (Aug 3, 2011 | post #6)

'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides': Too long a...

Bummer man! Just read the review for the new Pirate movie and it sounds like the guy knows what he's talking about! I also went and saw THOR in 3-D and it was visually stunning, but as far as storyline and depth of character it was a complete letdown! I don't see how anybody could advise the attendance of this movie? The ?3-D? effect is also a non event as far as I could make out? Nothing there, except for the standing out of the credits! THOR SUCKS! Will wait for the Pirate to show up on DVD. I pray the X-man movie is not such a bust. Avoid the 3-D glasses movies people they are a bust! Have a good day.  (May 27, 2011 | post #2)

Marijuana - Rutland, VT

Crack is the reason I have been in complete recovery for 5 years now! The puff with a humm is the major reason I was BUSTED and forced to make a life changing dee-sission! It goes without saying that this is one of the most deadly and character destroying substances currently available!GOD help us when cheap speed hits the area? The speed I did was from Montreal back in 1971 and 72! The new stuff is way more harmful in comparison! G'day.  (May 17, 2011 | post #12)

Marijuana - Rutland, VT

The legislation which made POT illegal in the first place was based upon a fraudulently based media campaign directed towards our fear of the blacks and Mexicans with which the drug was then so popular!(1930s-1940s)! The undocumented allegations with which they got the laws passed was almost brain dead in it's utter lack of any supporting scientific data! Uncounted lives have been ruined by the prosecution of these draconian laws! Deep and convoluted issue! G'day.  (May 17, 2011 | post #11)

Death Penalty - Rutland, VT

No matter what the emotional state of the shooter,he had no right to end the lives of so many Human Beings who were going about what they believed to be meaningful daily activities! Try him,the fry him!  (May 17, 2011 | post #1)

Defeating the New "OP" Oxycontin

Having been diagnosed as a "Paranoid Schizophrenic " from 1979 I would be the last one to argue that point with you! Happy? I am incompetent! That is right there on my Psych papers! The number of shrinks I have been through is more than this monkey can count on all my digits! What is the issue here? Are we mad at any one thing in general or just having a mud throwing contest? G'day  (May 17, 2011 | post #2966)

How come so much trash and drug dealers in this Town?

If you're comment wasn't so on spot accurate I would be forced to break out laughing! That does spring to mind when you realize what fertile ground we are in comparison to the home turf of the mentioned! Our system of laws in place for understanding what is and is not a "BAD" substance do little to help the ongoing problem? Just a little common sense and some accurate education about what is really harmful would go a long way toward helping! Have a good day.  (May 17, 2011 | post #3)
