I hate it i hate it i hate it. Now only a bunch of teenagers and lonely housewives can post anything. The other day the had it so you could post with your email account but they took that down. If we all had Facebook why would we waste our time posting on here lol? Stop being so trendy EPTimes.  (Jun 30, 2011 | post #13)

Yeah you didn't do much to prove your point. All mexico has is soccer so why as americans would you choose to back a mexican team if we have more??? Like i said before Mexico has pride in there team and thats why they back them. Maybe non of the people from the usa that cheered for mexico have pride in there team but i do. And that what i said about cheering the US if your from Mexico, it has nothing to do with being the only sport, they have every other sport, basbeball being 2nd best just to soccer. If it were the olmypics would it be okay to cheer against the US????  (Jun 28, 2011 | post #54)

The point that everyone has about cheering for other teams is kind of bs. I am cheering a team from the US no matter what. American sports and "soccer" come into two different things. Some of us, me for one, cheer for the red soxs, why because i hate the yanks. Now once it comes to a national event its different. In the Olympics would you cheer for the US to lose? To me thats what it comes down to. Its not a city team vs another city its a country vs another country. Do you cheer for NMSU to beat UTEP?  (Jun 28, 2011 | post #52)

This comment goes back to a question i posted already. Who do you think people from Mexico took to people wearing USA jersey waiving the red white and blue? Oh that's right they have pride in there country lol. Dude you can do what you want but it doesn't make what i say i lie. If you want to wave a flag thats not from your country thats like saying red white and blue isn't good enough for you. Now if your one of the those typical fan that just wants to cheer for the team thats going to win thats another thing. I wonder if our four fathers had "soccer" they would wave a British flag if the USA played England lol.  (Jun 28, 2011 | post #48)

But is that what the article is about??? People are quick to talk bad things without those being part of the point. I am not saying your lying but this is not the article to post your frustration.  (Jun 27, 2011 | post #37)

I happened to have judged him? By my post i have showed I'm red white and blue all the way. But I don't think his comments where meant for an article about a soccer match. It was racy, and mean, probably true but should of been held in. By the way you seem to know more spanish than i do. I cant even write any of the things you posted.  (Jun 27, 2011 | post #31)

El Paso's baseball future murky in spite of the Diablos

Location is not a problem.Look at most mlb stadiums they are either in over populated areas or areas that people rather not be at, just that there is support. The problem here is fans. Fans will always put up an excuse. Oh the park is to far, theres nothing there beside the ballpark. What people of El Paso want is a winner, that is it. I remember when Randy Johnson came to town and you couldn't find tickets to see the diablos that whole week. After he left back to our normal 3-4 k draw. I was young when dudley field was around but I did see it full a lot. However there was what a 4400 seat cap? Cohen has waht 10 k . If you don't belive me about El Paso wanting to see just winners look at Utep football we win 38-45 k in people we lose 18-22 k. Same with mens Bball.  (Jun 5, 2011 | post #33)

Texas Gov. Rick Perry to decide whether he will run for p...

This is what you put in one post. Media support is by far more important than any other factor. Now like i said recd necks will follow any gop runner. If it Palin they will vote for her if its perry its him. The red necks dont matter much for the simple fact that they always vote republican. Now if your saying anout the pre than I think they run with Palin. She has had more face time and appeals to everything a real red neck is. Like i said with Clinton the media was backing her way more than obama and what happened there. I think you are off in what you predict with perry. Carter and Regan is totally different. Carter had the whole iran thing to deal with. I guess we will see in the long run.  (May 27, 2011 | post #44)

YEah you are wrong. Hillary had better face time last election and she didnt get anywhere. Its funny that you think thats all Perry needs and that he will even go far into these elections. Perry is a bad leader, listener , he doesnt know how to spend money in right things. I really think Perry is by far worse than Palin. And the being white part is enough to get the red neck vote which i told someone else. America wanted a change and thats why Mccain lost. I would not hold my breath in thinking perry will win.  (May 27, 2011 | post #31)
