This is only going to be fixed when cell phone companies self-police and set up their phones to work only when they are only going below 5 MPH. Think they are going to do something that will lower their usage? No, but it would be the only way to get consumers to stop breaking a law that is unenforceable. But, for God's sake people, start thinking about the people that might have been killed on the bus for once... What if it had been run off the overpass by this bonehead and 12 people had been killed by a texting driver? Would anyone be supporting his right to text and drive? (Monday Oct 26 | post #16)
