Ham Radio in San Antonio

Well, screw "him". At the end of the day, he doesn't matter to most of us, who don't even know "him", and don't want to. How 'bout, let's talk about the bigger picture, which is what made "him" what he is, and a lot of others, just as screwed-up? How 'bout, let's talk about when society was civil? Let's talk about the time when men were men and had a little decency about them......a time when people had just a modicum of respect for others, and they didn't screw over other people to satisfy their petty little egos....a time when the only place we could see tattoos and body piercings was at the circus...? Today, every trip to HEB is like a trip to the circus. What's wrong with this picture? Let's talk about when hams didn't think they could commandeer their "own" frequencies.... How 'bout we talk about that? What Grand Yammaka Maximum Hamster died and made them Lords over the spectrum? Does ANYONE think everything today is wonderful? What's happened to our society, including ham radio, which is only a subset of society at large? To Hell with the scumbags that think it's all about them. The gene pool needs cleaning.  (Jul 7, 2010 | post #9)

KILLERS Daryl Klein and Jesse Flores

I think you're wasting your time (and everyone else's). Those guys aren't reading any of this.  (Jul 7, 2010 | post #40)

Women that want to' have sex

Go see ole' Lady Handcock. Seriously, if all you want is to get off, use a little ingenuity and do it yourself. Solo sex ain't bad - you don't have to spend any money on anyone to get it, and you can have it whenever you want it. Added benefit is it's disease-free. What a country! Just a thought.  (Jul 7, 2010 | post #3)

Yeah, right. I gave up on ham radio years ago when it turned into CB. You people are pathetic.  (Jul 7, 2010 | post #6)

Should Cab Drivers be allowed to carry guns if they have ...

Well, you just hijacked the thread, but whatever. Keep on "recommending it" to all your raza, homey. It'll keep being great till you people bleed it dry, then it won't be so great anymore, and you all will start going home when there's no more water in the hole.  (Jul 7, 2010 | post #43)

Should Cab Drivers be allowed to carry guns if they have ...

The ultimate irony, isn't it? Military bases, charged with protecting the nation by killing people and breaking things, won't even allow the same basic level of personal protection that exists right outside the gates? They found out how well that works at Ft Hood last year.  (Jul 7, 2010 | post #42)

So I can understand this, you climbed in bed with this guy and made a baby, but don't know his name, don't know where he is, and have no pictures of him? Is that pretty much it?  (Jul 6, 2010 | post #5)

White trash gringos whine too much

Well, it's a LITTLE more complex than just that. Let's assume for a moment that you are one of those construction contractors who has a job vacancy. Two guys show up and want it. One is a white union guy who wants union scale for that job, which in this case is $35/hr. The other applicant is here in the country illegally, but he'll do it for half that amount. You know that your company is in business to make a profit, and that your bottom line is greatly affected by the cost of labor. If you make a business decision to hire labor at union scale, your costs may price you out of the market, and you may not win the bid for the contract. WHO WOULD YOU HIRE FOR THIS JOB? We all know this scenario plays out every day all over the country. It has nothing to do with whether anyone should be here illegally, nor with the issue of what to do about it. It's simply a matter of economics to businesses. Cheap labor lowers the cost of doing business. On a personal level, I don't want them in our country any more than you do, but THAT'S why the Mexican got your job. If there were other applicants willing to work for the same amount of money, employer's hiring decisions would be more difficult, but there usually aren't.  (Jul 6, 2010 | post #25)
