hospitals are obligated to see an er patient and to stabilize the condition if there is no insurance. they are not obligated to treat beyond stabilization! if you have medicare/medicaid you are treated/admitted if necessary/operated upon if necessary. in short without medicare/medicaid/insurance - stabilazation is all that is required under the law! it is a pleasure to see that the electorate is waking up and the true obama is now the emperor with no clothing. the more he spouts off the lower the national polls go and i believe they will drop a good 15 points more going into the convention. obama fails to grasp that the polls generated were the result of democrats who of course would vote for tiny tim over anyone else. but those democrats not in the primaries have just become visible as democrats of all shapes and sizes are checking obama out and will continue to up to the convention and the early results show that they do not like what they see and hear!! also i look forward to rev wright's book due out in early october following the obama coronation and i think that will spell the demise of this empty suit!!!! a recent newsweek cover and the discovery channel ran a program that was based upon the premise that the human eye took 540 million years to develop! the question i have is just how science gets here as they see man 200 million years ago which indicates to me that just who even could have conceived working on development of the human eye over 300 million years before and just what authority passed that tidbit along way back then defies belief!!!!! racism is endemic in every country in the world! always has been and always will be! to single out the us as the cause defies common sense! the us is just 0ver 200 years of age and recorded history has survived over 10000 years! at one time or another every race was enslaved! possibly the issue has never been resolved in the us is that noone thinks they are racist! also our political structure is such that panderers love to fan racial issues because it gets them votes! it would be refreshing if pols would establish a record and run on it but since most pols have such poor records they could't get elected if they were the only person running! so they fan issues that divide and claim to have the elixir to fix it and we naive americans flock to them like the rats to the pied piper! sad - very sad!!!
