Yes but for a 10 ton predator spino didn't have as much muscle power (except for its 7 foot arms) nor did it have a very dense done structure because it spent so much time in the water where as Rex spent most (if not all) his time on land so he needs denier bone structure that can hold a rex wile it's running fighting or just standing. Spino still had a dense bone structure but it would not have been as capable of holding the massive dino wile running fast and especially making sharp turns. Other than that I for the most part agree with you except spino was deferentially not an enormous, amphibious creature although it wasn't a super predator ether it was more like a giant fresh water croc than an amphibian or super predator.  (Jul 19, 2013 | post #5196)

Rex a bob cat? Have you ever seen or read any thing about Tyrannosaurus Rex? Dude its seances were better than spinos it was smarter it was more muscular and it had a bite force that could crush a car! Spino was bigger and had big arms that's it. Now who's the bobcat and who's the tiger? >:)  (Jul 18, 2013 | post #5183)

Spinos most complete skeleton was destroyed by a bomb in World War 2 since then only bits and pieces of spino have been found so there is no way to measure spinos bite force!  (Jul 18, 2013 | post #5178)

Rex had an extremely strong neck too. And are you saying that with one scratch spino could claw through solid bone? Ok pause for a moment! In a arm to body size ratio spinos arms were as strong as a grown mans arm compare to his body size. So if spino could scratch through Rexy's skull then a grown man with claws should be able to scratch right through another mans skull which is almost impossible. Have you seen monsters resurrected? If not then watch it. In monsters resurrected it took the spino arm several hits to make a small hole in the car door. If it took about 6-7 hits to make a little hole in the car door then It would take about 7 or 8 very hard hits to crack rexes skull. And that would be if rex was staying still but really rex would be biting and running around. And I said it would take about 7 or 8 very hard HITS not scratches. So please rethink your idea of spino and come up with a better theory than that. No hard feeling your a cool guy.  (Jul 18, 2013 | post #5175)
