Jake, If Washington County is like State of Connecticut then it is safe to assume that both public positions of trust have been compromised and their function broken as to protecting the people. If what you are is saying is true then certain people should go to jail. That is a serious offense. Civilly, any judgement obtained by official fraud upon the court is certainly ripe for reversal whereupon I do not believe statute of limitations applies. As I see it there is a lot of lying and turning a blind eye to lying going on in presenting evidence and testimony to State family courts. I believe every student has a Constitutional right to prepare and eat food for their good health in a public establishment especially at breakfast time. If The School did not have a pre- determined place and policy regarding nourishment of people present on school property other than what's presumed to be the norm then the school has no interest in punishing children simply for exercising their fundamental rights to peacefully assemble and sustain their lives. Students, visitors, staff, executives you all have rights to prepare food and eat together as a bunch of humans as we have been doing since time immemorial. If the Middletown Connecticut School Officials were wise to The Laws and Constitutions of Connecticut and The United States then they would vacate their judgment against these youth from preparing and consuming the most important meal of the day. An audit of Connecticut Department Of Social services should reveal systemic practices of fraud and deprivations of Constituional Rights of socially disadvantaged persons. A further inquiry will show that many records generated by D.S.S especially as they pertain to my family are false and unreliable.
