Staff RPh review score changed? Now not getting bonus

As an rxm I know that only an rxm can change a score. If your score gets picked for calibration then the rxs calls and tells the rxm that their average score is higher/ lower than the average in the district. The rxm then goes in and changes the score or adds documentation supporting the original score. Again, ONLY your rxm could EVER change your score. Most likely they either didn't understand how to read the final review score (combo of 2 sections performance and behaviors) or they just didn't want to tell you earned a lower score. I suggest you move on from this. It not that big a deal either way. It's only about 1% of your income (less after taxes). Next year you should ask for / print a copy of your review for your records. Remember, showing up and doing your job is a 3.0. Higher if you really excel above and beyond what is expected. Lower if you do not hit all the expectations. Also you can get a perfect 5 in behaviors, but if the store didn't hit their performance goals, then the other half of the score might be a 2 so average of 3.5.  (Dec 4, 2013 | post #9)

Did they get rid of our HRA accounts?

The accounts are merging. You are not loosing anything. They will continue to add 350 per year if you compete the health assessment on Youandwalgreens.co m. New this year (they are adding a debit cars feature so you can use your hra money towards copays at md or rx) Note if you fsa money to this account, you have to use the fsa money first (since it legally cannot carry over from year to year) but hra money rolls over.  (Oct 29, 2013 | post #3)

prescription coverage

To All Team Members with Walgreens Healthcare Coverage*: A recent system change at our pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), Catamaran, now requires that the Walgreens Health Plan Rx Group number be included at our pharmacies for team member claims to process. For U.S. Walgreens Family of Companies, this number is 104533. The number for Puerto Rico team members is 104493. Please provide the number to the pharmacy staff so your claim can be processed. Also, the Rx Group number can be found on your 2013 Walgreens Health Insurance Card in the lower right corner. This card will be from either BCBS or UHC, depending on the carrier you elected.  (Oct 7, 2013 | post #3)
