Newcomer Green takes selectman seat

Hopefully with Mike Green on the Board of Selectmen we will start to see Town departments become accountable to the residents.  (Dec 13, 2010 | post #4)

Green defeats Johnson for Pepperell selectman's seat

Good Luck. I am counting on you to push the town in a new and better direction. I hope that you remember to keep the communication channels open between the town and it's residents. I hope that you are successful in creating a way to show residents that town employees are accountable.  (Dec 8, 2010 | post #6)

The Posting Board

I think the kids did a great job tonight singing tonight. The tree looked great. I love Christmas!!! Thank you to everyone that put it all together. I just wanted to comment as well that I saw Mike Green there last night. Did anyone see LBJ? Since the position was vacated and the special election announced I feel that Mike did a better job making himself available to the residents of Pepperell. I hope that LBJ does not feel that he can just automatically get his job back. I am supporting Mike Green and I hope that everyone else who is gets their friends out on Monday to vote for him as well. Mike I like how I can approach you and have an intelligent discussion, where sometimes we may disagree about issues. I hope that if you win you remain the same person. Good luck on Monday and Merry Christmas. It will be a great present for the town if you win.  (Dec 4, 2010 | post #1)

VA insists Iraq veteran not disabled enough

I find it disturbing that the VA found Matt 100% disabled, but that they still feel he does not qualify for the adaptive housing grant because of specific language. This man has lost the use of one of his legs in defense of our Freedom. I feel that their is something wrong with our Veteran's system that it is so hard to get help for our service members, but so easy to tell them to risk it all.  (Nov 20, 2010 | post #1)

Undecided Selectman Voter!

Can people please tell why I should or should not vote for Mike Green or LBJ on December 6? I personally like that Green has made himself available to the public in order for us to get to know him. Some of us not so familiar with Town politics do not know anything about Johnson. Please educate me. I want to be informed as I can be before I cast my vote.  (Nov 20, 2010 | post #1)

Sen. Brown Offers Help To Injured Iraq War Vet

I think it is awesome that so many people both in our community and outside of it, i.e. The Hill-Man Morning Show on WAAF, both Sen. Kerry and Brown's office, and throughout the Commonwealth are coming to lend a hand to someone who has sacraficed so much for our Freedom.  (Nov 19, 2010 | post #1)

Two vie for open Pepperell seat

How do we know that Mike Green is not going to support our school's? He has a vested interested in them because he has children of school age. Does Mr. Johnson?  (Nov 19, 2010 | post #5)
