'Canes Beat Bruins In OT

Thanks, I agree this is going to the team that wants it more, and stays injury free. Pretty evenly matched.  (May 20, 2009 | post #18)

Wow, a one goal win @ home. Fans looked a little worried there in the last 2 minutes. I might get worried if we get behind by three games, maybe.  (May 20, 2009 | post #16)

One game does not a series make. That's why they play to get 4 wins. As for Cindy, in the 4 regular season games he had a stellar 1 goal and 6 assists. In the last two meetings against Carolina, he has 0 goals, 1 assist. Looks more like Carolina has a good system in keeping Cindy under control. Pens won, woo hoo.  (May 20, 2009 | post #13)

Wouldn't be so sure there. Nice game last night. Cindy Crosby really made her presence felt didn't she?  (May 19, 2009 | post #10)

2007 Limited edition VW Jetta. They made 1200 and mine is #912. 200 Hp, 2.0 Liter turbo engine. I've kicked her up to 275 Hp right now. Google the name and read about them. Sweet car for those of us who can't afford the BMW or Porsche. Have fun guys and "I'LL BE BACH"!  (Aug 20, 2008 | post #33)

DMC's been posting on the Leaf's site. If I remember correctly, it's been with Dev. She's a trip! P.S. It can be either ROTF, ROTFLMAO, or ROTFLMFAO!!! ;P  (Aug 19, 2008 | post #28)

Prolotherapy helps Flyers' Gagne recover

Let me see, been traveling a lot and doing outdoor stuff, away from the computer. Working on increasing the power in my VW Fahrenheit. Anyhow you guys did win, but like was said, but was their a judging comment when the bet was made. Dev likes to split hairs and to me a judgment is not a post. To each his own. Carolina is sitting here, already crying on what to do if we don't make the playoffs. " WOW, we have such a hard first 10 games." La Di DA!!! What a bunch of worriers, whiners! We had to unload Cole, a fan favorite, because we were heavy on forwards and really, really weak on D. We picked up a few D that have the potential to help, but everyone is crying about Cole. Granted he was good and helped in the past, but it's a business and we needed to unload him when he was still worth $. Hurt two seasons in a row, a bad neck and who knows what this year would bring. If he went down the tubes, he'd be worth nothing. My only concern is goal tending now. Ward is ok, but I think of him the same as I do with Miller in Buffalo; a kid that had one good year and everyone throws all their goods in his basket, and leave us with a poor backup. It showed with both of them last year, that they can't play a top notch game day in and day out and without someone steady behind them, they are average. So, we wait and see. I never get to excited until November, when things settle in a bit. then I'll be back regularly to bug you guys again!!!  (Aug 19, 2008 | post #27)

Looks like things are getting a little boring in Jackson. Tired of watching the grass grow? Try this instead, sit by the lake and watch the water evaporate.  (May 22, 2008 | post #209)

Flyers can't put Leafs in the bag

Being impartial, I think the refs called it pretty even. Yes there were bad calls, but they went both ways. Sure, the NHL would have loved for a Caps vs. Pens game, but it would have been in the finals, not the second round. If you think that's true then you'd have to think the NHL fixed it so Carolina was eliminated by Washington.  (Apr 23, 2008 | post #130)

Congrats, Philly played great and deserves to move on. It's funny, but to me, it looks like Danny is playing better this year than the previous three. Let's see how well he can hold up though. He seems to wear down as he goes deeper into a series. Should be another exciting series, Flyers vs. Habs, and I'm looking forward to it. Predictions? Not so sure considering it took Montreal 7 to put Boston to bed. Good luck!!!  (Apr 23, 2008 | post #129)

Looks possible that VS and the NHL may get their “dream” Eastern Conference finals… Pens vs. Caps. Would be exciting, that’s for sure.  (Apr 22, 2008 | post #124)

Come on Bandit, leave Dev out of this. Sometimes it sounds like you miss engaging with him. Plus, you have a big game to be concerned about tonight. How could your boys blow that lead and let the Craps back into it, or is it that Washington really is that good? I mean you were at home, with a two goal lead at the half way mark and could have knocked them out. Doesn't look like Oven-Chicken is ready to play golf just yet. Anyhow, I know where I’m going to be @ 7:00 pm. Nothing personal, but I’m pulling for the Craps, as I said earlier when Carolina was ousted. I want to see another team from the S.E. make a run at the CUP. Good Luck, I think they might need it.  (Apr 22, 2008 | post #122)
