Don't the parents pay attention to what the kids are doing anymore. The problem is if you give the kids the belt, you are an instant asshole in the eyes of the court and all these cry baby liberal woman. Kids need a good asswhipping if they need it. Hell we never grew messed up like all these kids these days. Most kids today are nothing but a bunch of pansy candy asses, who cry about everything.
