Suprise! Knesset support FLG and the guy who exculpated H...

MK Feiglin: Moral duty of Jews to help Falun Gong in China "It is the moral duty of the Jewish people to rise up against the crimes against humanity occurring in China", said MK Moshe Feiglin (Likud-Yisrael Beitenu), Deputy Speaker of the Knesset and Chair of the Liberal Lobby. Feiglin spoke during Monday`s session of the Liberal Lobby dedicated to the victims of the persecution against the 100 million members of the Falun Gong spiritual movement by the Chinese regime. Falun Gong practitioners are held in prison camps and tortured. According to reports, China also conducts widespread and systematic organ harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners. The session, held at the Knesset`s Jerusalem Hall, was also attended by Israel Labor Party Secretary General MK Yehiel Hilik Bar, MK Nissim Zeev of Shas and MK Boaz Toporovsky of Yesh Atid. The special session also featured an art exhibit titled ”Zhen Shan Ren” (Truth, Compassion, Forbearance in Chinese, the principles of Falun Gong). On display were paintings by Falun Gong practitioners depicting their experiences and the violence by the Chinese communist regime against them. Suprise! Knesset support Falun Gong and its leader Master Li Hongzhi who exculpated Hilter from killing Jews in WW2! The following is Master Li's assertion in Falun Gong/Falun Dafa's bible: It's God that told Hitler to kill so many people (the Jews) FEMALE COMMENTATOR: In his Zhuan Falun, he claimed that Yue Fei, no matter however strong he could be, could not save the Song Dynasty, because he acted against the heavenly will. Li Hongzhi does not only comment on histories of remote past, here is a recording. Audio of Li Hongzhi: The Rape of Nanking, horrific, 300 thousand people. What are the Xinxing (mind-nature) of these 300 thousand people, whom you should ask, do you know what that was? I tell you, some people, how should I say it, whatever you tell them, he will not believe. What did your 300 thousand account to? How many died in the two atomic bombs? How many died in the wars in history? How many perished in World War II? How many did Hitler kill? These things I can tell you, I can summarily tell you, ah, I can tell you in summary, were brought by the changes in the heavenly phenomenon, brought by the heavenly phenomena in the whole Universe. Everything has its cause and effects.  (Feb 26, 2014 | post #1)

Third the 3rd AASUS: the cult-like tendency of Falun Gong

An animation of Indian myth, an early 20th century law stigmatizing marriage with Asians and a Chinese religious organization with political clout are not immediately relatable topics. But they are all examples of where American and Asian culture intersect. The Department for American Studies arranged its Third Annual Asian American Studies Undergraduate Symposium yesterday in Murray Hall on the College Avenue campus, displaying the work of seven students. Split into two panels, students presented their research on the broad topics of immigration and literature from ethnic groups. James Carroll, a School of Arts and Sciences first-year student, spoke about the cult-like tendency of Falun Gong. Falun Gong is a Chinese religious organization vocal about human rights abuses the People’s Republic of China allegedly commits, he said. Carroll painted Falun Gong as an authoritarian organization with political clout whose public face appears liberally democratic. “Democracy is not just votes, it’s about how we act with each other,” he said. Carroll said Falun Gong does not like homosexuality. “I asked ‘What does Falun Gong have to say about homosexuality,’ and the answer is not that many good things,” he said. According to Carroll, Falun Gong uses human rights rhetoric similar to the gay rights movement, but is critical of homosexuality. With such rhetoric, Falun Gong should be expected to support the gay movement, Carroll said. “This is their own translation, although the texts are primarily written in Chinese,” he said. “’Heaven created men and women to procreate, and god determined gay people for annihilation.’” Falun Gong has political clout with politicians due to its lobbying and strategic advantage to the U.S. as a critic of China, Carroll said. The organization has numerous mentions in the government’s annual reports. “I want to examine the human rights rhetoric versus the reality of what happens,” he said. “And Falun Gong definitely appeals to a human rights discourse of justice and of tolerance. This is exactly the kind of discourse that used for gay people and gay rights.” The organization started in China as an anti-science, anti-reason organization. Atheists and scientist criticized it, and Falun Gong wanted the communist Chinese government to silence its critics. Instead, Carroll said the Chinese government turned on them. Falun Gong is more popular with what Carroll termed the new migrants from China. They are the immigrants who identify and care about the mainland, as opposed to the old migrants who identify do not care.  (Apr 11, 2013 | post #1)

Hong Kong: Falun Gong ignores requests and posts new bann...

Falun Gong banners are on display again at two of the city's busiest areas in Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui after a brief disappearance. Following government action last week a bitter banner war which had broken out between the Falun Gong spiritual movement and the Youth Care Association, a pro-establishment group, was temporarily suspended. Warning letters were issued to both groups informing them that those who erected banners were liable to fines of up to HK$10,000 and a daily fine of HK$300. But yesterday Joanna Lau Wai-hing, a Falun Gong follower at a booth in Causeway Bay, said it was legal to put up banners there as they were only assembling in small groups. "[Public] assembly is not banned by the Food, and Environmental Hygiene Department and we do not have to file any application if we have fewer than 30 people," she said. "The government had to do something because they received complaints after the Youth Care Association's disturbance." Lau also said that members of the Youth Care Association had been hindering the group's propaganda by obscuring their posters and taking pictures of people who took their leaflets. For years Hongkongers have been used to seeing protests organised by Falun Gong in Causeway Bay, at ferry piers and outside MTR stations. But a banner war broke out late last year when the Youth Care Association begun putting up numerous anti-Falun Gong banners in the same places. More than 100 banners from both groups could be seen at the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui until last week. Lam Kwok-on, the Youth Care Association's spokesman, said his group would not put up banners again because its aim was to make the government clear away all the unsightly banners. He was disappointed the government had not fulfilled its promise. A spokesman for the department only said some 304 warnings had been issued since April 2 and it would take enforcement action later. He did not say what action would be taken on the newly erected banners.  (Apr 8, 2013 | post #1)

Wang Lei: An outstanding singer died young

I am Wang Lei,46- year-old. I graduated from the Vocal Department in the College of Art under Harbin Normal University in 1990, and was employed by the college as a teacher. Pang Shuo was my senior at the college. She was ten years older than me, and was also a graduate from Vocal Department. In 1993, both of us apprenticed to Professor Li Lianzhong to learn vocal music. Pang Shuo was more gifted than me with her sweet, melodious and penetrating voice. She was able to write words and music for songs, to perform operas including the Beautiful Spanish Girl, the Merry Widow, the Turandot and Carmen in standard Italian or English language. She was praised as an outstanding singer with a bright future. My teacher had said proudly, “I am perfectly contented that I have such an excellent student as Pang Shuo.” One summer day in 1997, when Pang Shuo was selecting books on a bookstand, the vendor recommended to her the book Zhuan Falun by introducing that diligent practice would be able to cure diseases, to avoid disasters, to keep fit and to live a long life. The kind-hearted Pang Shuo was convinced to buy the book. Shortly afterwards, she happened to see a group of people practice Falun Gong in a park, so she joined them immediately. Pang Shuo went to practice Falun Gong in the park every morning, and read the book Zhuan Falun repeatedly at home. She often studied the lectures by Li Hongzhi with other practitioners, while neglecting her husband and their children. She neither cared about housework, nor prepared meals for her school-aged son. For this reason, Pang Shuo’s husband often quarreled with her. But Pang Shuo still went her own way. Pang Shuo, who used to be open-minded and had a quick smile, changed into an unsociable person. She kept silent in vocal music classes. Later she even seldom came to class. Finally she devoted herself to the practice of Falun Gong, while giving up her studies into vocal music. She declined to attend the annual joint performance held within the art circle. Although out teacher had persuaded and even criticized her for several times, she did not change her mind at all.  (Apr 8, 2013 | post #1)

I come to see truth from “seeing ghost” twice

The second "ghost" I had ever met was a female "ghost". In October 2008, I was sent to psychological correction center, in which I met Liu Xiaochun, a fellow practitioner living in Tonghua City, Jilin Province. I read several articles about her from Falun Gong websites, which described how firm she was despite prosecution of the malicious police. When we received psychological correction in the center, the first website controlled by Falun Gong released a report, saying that Liu Xiaochun died from live harvesting of her organs. The leaflets carrying the report were distributed in Tonghua City. Liu Xiaochun's daughter happened to get the leaflet. She was so scared that she hurried to the center. Upon seeing Liu Xiaochun, her daughter asked directly, "Mom, which of your organs were harvested?" She also showed the leaflet to Liu Xiaochun. The leaflet told that there were 108 kinds of instruments of torture in the center and there was a basement used for live harvesting of organs. The daughter carefully examined Liu Xiaochun's body and did not find any mark of surgery. She cursed, "How could they make such rumor?" My first experience of seeing a "ghost" made me doubt the rumors made by Falun Gong. I was totally disappointed with Falun Gong since I saw a "ghost" for the second time.  (Apr 8, 2013 | post #2)

I come to see truth from “seeing ghost” twice

I am Li Xiaoyan, female, 48-year-old, Han Nationality, a native of Lishu County, Jilin Province. I am living in Lishu Township, Lishu County. I was a pious disciple of Falun Dafa. I began to practice Falun Gong in March 1998, and came to Beijing in early 2000 to defend Dafa. In 2003, I became the underground coordinator of Falun Gong organizations in Lishu County, busy with "three things" and distributing leaflets with my fellow practitioners. I am a stubborn person, firmly believing that the law body of my master was able to protect me. As a pious disciple of Dafa, I was not supposed to change my mind. But my experiences of "seeing ghost" twice helped me see the truth of Falun Gong. Bai Mingsheng (male, native to Lishu County in Jilin Province, 37-year-old) was from the same county as me. We went out together to distribute leaflets on Falun Gong. I was familiar with him. But Bai Mingsheng disappeared in 2005 and I had not heard from him since then. In June 2006, I produced 2, 000 copies of booklets entitled Truth about Lishu, the articles in which were downloaded from Falun Gong websites. The booklets told that Bai Mingsheng, a Dafa disciple from Lishu County, was prosecuted and detained in Masanjia in Shenyang City, and died in Sujiatun due to live harvesting of his organs. When I read the article, I thought his death explained why he disappeared. A few days later, I went to Yitong County in Jilin Province as required by my immediate superior to negotiate with local underground coordinators on how to distribute leaflets. At that time, we were required to have single-line contact with our immediate boss, while not allowed to contact with coordinators in other areas. As directed by my immediate superior, I waited at the entrance to a bus station to meet the contact. Unexpectedly, the contact was Bai Mingsheng. He had been promoted to coordinator of the underground Falun Gong organization in Yitong County because he made progress in cultivation. But the booklets in my hands told that Bai Mingsheng died from live harvesting of his organs. To eliminate the negative effect on Dafa, we discussed and decided to burn all of the printed booklets and to produce new ones. When I came back home, I contacted with websites affiliated to Falun Gong, telling them that Bai Mingsheng was still alive. One month passed, however, there wasn't any updates on the websites. I did not dare to think more about it because I was told that the websites as windows of Dafa under the direct control of my master were unlikely to make mistakes. As another month passed, I contacted with the websites again with a hope that they may make a correction. But I did not receive any response either. The websites affiliated to Falun Gong did not delete the reports on Bai Mingsheng's death from live harvesting of his organs until he was punished for violation of laws. Now I realized that the websites did not mean to make correction. They wanted to spread rumors to cheat people.  (Apr 8, 2013 | post #1)

Yang Huaqun: My mother died from efforts to renew youth

I am Yang Huaqun, 45-year-old, and live in Shimen Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing Municipality. My mother is Zhou Hongcai. She was born on October 4, 1946, and had completed primary education. My mother was not in good health due to her years of overwork in farmland. She often suffered from pains in her waist or shoulders, and was liable to headache or cold. One day in May 1998, Yang Ying, one of our distant relatives living in our village, came to visit us. She introduced Falun Gong to my mother. At first, my mother showed little interest in it. But when learning from Yang Ying that Falun Gong was able to cure diseases and to keep healthy with little expense, my thrifty mother was carried away. She attended lectures held by local Falun Gong groups. At that time, my family and I knew little about Falun Gong. We thought that the relative made recommendation for the good of my mother. Moreover, we were busy earning a living. So we did not concern ourselves with my mother’s practice of Falun Gong. In July 1999, Falun Gong was banned by government. All members of our family persuaded my mother to give up Falun Gong. But my mother got so obsessed with it that she could not get out of the shadow of Falun Gong. Instead, she thought we were “devils” bothering her practice. So she rejected our suggestions, and continued her practice at home. We did not insist as we thought that it would be ok as long as she did not join group activities. One day in September 2008, when I did laundry for my mother, I noticed some signs of blood on her underwear. So I asked my mother how it came about. She told me that her vagina sometimes bled and she occasionally felt pains in her abdomen. As her daughter, I was very worried and advised her to go to hospital for a check. But my mother regarded the pains as a test by her master for her. She believed her karma would be eliminated and the disease would be cured by her diligent practice. She added that she had menstrual period again after her menopause occurred ten years ago. She said it was a sign of regaining youthful vigor, which reflected that she was ascending in practice. Two of other Falun Gong practitioners who learned about this matter came to express their congratulations to my mother. Since then, my mother became more pious. Whenever we advised her to go to see doctor, she got angry, claiming that taking medicines or injections and seeing a doctor might increase her karma and bother her practice. She said we were obstacles to her practice. We tried for several times to force her to hospital, but our efforts eventually failed. By the end of 2009, my mother suffered serious vaginal bleeding and pains in her womb. In spite of my mother’s opposition, my father and I forced her to hospital. Results of diagnosis revealed that my mother had womb cancer. We asked for hysterectomy surgery, but doctors told us it was too late because my mother was already in the terminal stage of the cancer. On May 26, 2010, my dearest mother died with deep regret and affection for us at the age of 64.  (Apr 8, 2013 | post #1)

Whenever things occur, it is an opportunity to clarify the truth. I believe that this is important for us to become One Body. I am grateful to have this opportunity, since the projects that we are carrying out here in Flushing and Manhattan Chinatown regarding the Whole Elephant Charter School and the Confucius Teachings Charter School, although all belong to the work in the ordinary human society, but do require fellow practitioners to support and to together save sentient beings at a large scale. I hope we can take this opportunity to improve and ultimately bring to a great success of our projects. Below are links of news reports about our work. Please review both the positive and the negative news, which, I believe, are all very encouraging. http://www.dnainfo .com/new-york/2013 0226/chinatown/cha rter-school-chain- with-falun-gong-ti es-applies-open-ne w-york http://www.nypost. com/p/news/local/c ity_st_chinese_cha rter_weighed_OTSAI 7UsQ0GeP4AWKYYJrI http://www.timesle dger.com/stories/2 012/33/chinesechar terschool_ft_2012_ 08_16_q.html http://www.rbw.org .cn/article.aspx?t y=uuB&i=Bxq &pg=57&lan gu=f http://www.nolanch art.com/article865 2-dissidents-seek- to-derail-the-nomi nation-of-gary-loc ke-for-us-ambassad or.html  (Mar 13, 2013 | post #7)

The project that I have been working on since I have come to New York is all reported openly to the general public, through our official website of the non-profit organization, called the Whole Elephant Institute: www.thewholeelepha nt.info; I would like you to take the opportunity to review this site thoroughly. I know that there is this phenomenon of "Blind Men and the Elephant". I would like you to consider the possibility of being somewhat "blind" in understanding the nature of my work, and therefore am asking you to communicate with me regarding the details of your concerns. If you have received negative comments from "important " or "famous" fellow practitioners about me, please also be alert, since cultivation is a serious matter and we shall honor the truth. In America, if you publish anything that causes the damage of someone's reputation, and therefore leading to great losses, you shall shoulder legal responsibilities. I therefore would like to ask you to make a formal apology on your site, to both me and Ms. Xiaoming Xu, after you complete the investigation in finding the truth.  (Mar 13, 2013 | post #5)

Since our Teacher has taught us to always look within when a conflict occurs, I would like to first thank you for being so alert in helping me to safeguard my actions as a Dafa disciple. I would also like to remind you to consider the possibility of misunderstandings on the issues you are concerned. I would like to suggest that you first initiate some inquiry on me regarding my actions which you consider to be damaging the reputation of Falun Dafa, before you put out an open remark to so many fellow practitioners who trust the truth of the contents of your website. Please be alert not to forgo the trust of so many readers who are great beings of cultivators, who, I do trust, that can tell true from false. On my side, I think that it is my responsibility to safeguard the Fa and the conducts of all fellow practitioners. I treasure all of the projects of fellow practitioners and I trust fellow practitioners in doing their jobs well. I trust all fellow practitioners in their motivation of saving sentient beings and validating the Fa. I know that no one is perfect, and sometimes due to human attachments some losses can occur, but as long as the fellow practitioner is still cultivating, we shall do our best to help the fellow practitioner. When a fellow practitioner makes a negative comment about a fellow practitioner, I always do not listen or spread, but try to help and harmonize. I hope when the open remark about me and Ms. Xiaoming Xu is sent out from your office, most of the fellow practitioners can treat this issue with the maturity of a Dafa disciple.  (Mar 13, 2013 | post #4)
