Bothersome calls dona t win votes
Especially the automated call from the Duke. (Tuesday | post #2)
Capuano has experience, know-how
Being an inside man in Washington is like being an expert bank robber, only the money shifted and stolen is the taxpayers. The only good part about Milk Carton Mike is his voting record, he hardly shows up to work to do any major damage to our wallets. (Sunday Nov 29 | post #1)
Capuano voices local pitch for Senate
He watched over Somerville when the Winter Hill Gang was alive and well and under the leadership of Whitey Bulger, and it was and still is considered one of the most corrupt cities in MA. He is also a true limousine liberal, never afraid to spend taxpayers money. Vote Scott Brown, it is time for MA to move into the 21st century and for our senators and congressmen to stop acting like bobble head dolls. (Saturday Nov 28 | post #8)
Capuano voices local pitch for Senate
Turnout will be low because the four Democratic candidates are awful choices. Give Scott Brown a try. (Saturday Nov 28 | post #2)
Great Barrington Author champions Du Boisa life, legacy
The book will be proudly displayed next to General Arnold's biography at the Mason Library where there is a plaque honoring Laura Secord, heroine for the British during the War of 1812. Meanwhile fallen veterans remain ignored. (Friday Nov 27 | post #1)
a Ita s over,a Pignatelli says
Hopefully the voters will remember the lies of 2008 and beyond, like Question #1, that property taxes will go down, more local aide, etc. And most of all hold our own representatives and senators accountable for a change. Yes Smitty and Gentle Ben need to go back into the private sector in 2010. (Thursday Nov 26 | post #8)
Proposal includes driver's licenses
Isn't being in the US illegally against the law? So why should it bother an undocumented immigrant to drive without a license? Two wrongs don't make it alright. (Thursday Nov 26 | post #2)
Beacon returns life to North Street
A lot of it is in low interest loans. (Thursday Nov 26 | post #5)

I wonder how the interview would have gone with wife #1? (Wednesday Nov 25 | post #1)
Walmart Supercenter eyed in North Adams
Prevailing wage laws perhaps, since a lot of the Beacon Theater the government provided a lot of the funding? (Wednesday Nov 25 | post #17)
I guess that vote no on Question #1 in 2008 didn't work out too well. Of course re-electing the same nitwits in Boston every two years doesn't either. (Wednesday Nov 25 | post #2)
Selectmen to consider charter school resolution
The reimbursement issue needs to be resolved. Right now it is cheaper to send a student to another district, which doesn't make sense and all too often those small class sizes are all of a sudden large classes. The last couple of times town jobs were posted in GB there were over thirty applicants per position. That should tell people something. (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #2)
Ben Downing likes Milk Carton Martha, that's enough to keep me away from her. (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #2)
Sizing up the Kennedy dynastya s next generation
The Kennedy talent pool is very shallow and has been for a couple of generations. Ted Kennedy only stayed in office because of the stupidity of MA voters (Monday Nov 23 | post #2)
