No Tommy, you are doing it for nothing if you are gobbling down saturated fat burgers ..do you know how much garbage is in the oil they use for the french fries , omg !!! That crap goes through your arteries and sticks !!! why eat a fatty, greasy burger that drips grease on your shirt ( and it don't come off, it is like wd40 )..when you can grill a beautiful white fish , ohh with squirts of lemon , perhaps some asparagus on top with a lite wine sauce !!! ohhh my my, and then some gorgeous wild rice , and a piece of rye bread that is brushed with extra virgin olive oil and topped with cubes of gorgeous red roma tomatoes and parsley !! Wash it all down with a fabulous pinot grigio and for dessert , fresh strawberries with low fat cream in a short cake cup  (Jun 2, 2009 | post #107)

right on , I mean these sloppy eaters need to get the hell to the produce section and grab a bag of radishes, couple tomatoes, a red bell pepper , then go get a can of chick peas, and some boneless skinless chicken.. WHAT A DELICIOUS LUNCH !!!! Little o&v on top !! maybe sprinkle some corn into the salad, or add a few beets on top... maybe a scoop of cottage cheese , or some raisins !!!
