Police Dump Quadriplegic from Wheelchair in Jail Lobby - WDAF

The officer and all the others who stood around and did nothing should be fired!!! Not only should the officer be fired, charges should be brought against her. If someone pushed a cop out of a wheelchair they would have every charge from battery to attemped murder. What makes her so special? Because the wears a badge? I don`t think so. Having a gun pointed at them is a lot different.If that was the case then I would say the cops had the right to shot him.That was not the case. The cops could have shot out the tires instead of shooting inside the car. It would have ended it peaceful.Don`t get me wrong I do not defend what he did, all I`m saying the cops could have made a better choice.  (Monday Nov 16 | post #25)

Your right, they would have had to get out of their car to deploy them. They also could have shot out the tires instead of shooting in the car. Cops these days are to trigger happy. Their was other ways to end it peaceful. The cops choice the wrong way!!!  (Monday Nov 16 | post #24)

How in the world was he set up? The cops made he get in the car and said "I want you to hit us". How crazy does that sound? I don`t think the cops should have used theirs guns either. After all it was only a traffic stop. If anything they should have use the stop sticks. That would have brought th car to a stop WITHOUT anyone getting hurt.  (Monday Nov 16 | post #8)
