You are right the polls does show that 90% of blacks are voting for Sen Obama. Here's a question for you, what percentage of these voters are Democrat? Since the majority of blacks are Democrat we are voting for the Democratic nominee. Here's another question for you, what percentage of whites are voting for Sen McCain because he's white? Again a double edge sword.(and you have seen posts that verifies this) Why do you invest so much time in how blacks vote? If you truly believe in your candidate, give reasons why blacks or anyone should vote for your candidate. One more question why are whites and other races voting for Sen Obama? Hey have you notice how some supporters call Sen Obama's supporters all kind of names. Oh I forgot we are drinking the kool-aid. However it seem like non-supporters are the biggest ranters, 'bloggering demagogues' actually they are working themselves into hysteria. Who do they remind you of? Radical Muslims? I am so tired of the same FOOLISHNESS. They continue to post asinine things about him, such as him being the devil, being a radical Muslim, socialist, elitist, and the list goes on an on. I was reading a editorial today and they posed a good question. Sen Obama is a moderate Democrat with some 'mildly leftward twitches'. However conservatives do it all the time and they are not called names. Why is that? It seems like some Republicans are starting to get desperate including Sen McCain. Just my view. It is ironic that I came across this thread. Just a few days ago I had to straighten my daughter out. My daughter is 12 and she constantly tells me she wish her hair was like mine. I always respond to her what is wrong with yours? She tells me it's not like ...(use all the descriptive words that people use when you have 'good hair'. I have told her in the past you have beautiful hair. However I was irritated with this topic and when she said this to me a few days ago. I told her we are not going to have this conversation again...there is nothing wrong with your hair and it's beautiful. God design your hair to protect your scalp. The beauty in your hair is that you can and will be able to wear your hair in any way you choose,(natural, straight, ponytail,) and cut it any way you choose.(when she gets a job and pay for her own upkeep/beautician) My people(black) we put to much emphasis on hair texture.
