I feel so fortunate that I have been able to remain in Santa Fe. Moved to the big city (Albuquerque) for a few months. Didn't like it. Moved back. End of story.  (Dec 19, 2010 | post #2201)

The snow in Santa Fe was beautiful! The problem is shoveling it. The older I get the less I like shoveling snow and the cold. Too bad I can't just stay inside and admire the beauty!  (Dec 19, 2010 | post #1264)

It was when I was at the College of Santa Fe (the Harvard of the West) that I discovered I had been having huevos rancheros for breakfast every day of my life. We just called it almuerzo (breakfast). The restaurants called them huevos rancheros. Almuerzo was always better at home than the huevos rancheros in the restaurants.  (Oct 17, 2010 | post #2168)
