Not tooooo bright of the city. It also indicates that their law enforcement, gun safety, children's gun awareness programs and personal awareness programs are non-existent or terribly flawed. Gun laws defeat your freedoms. Guns don't kill people. States/counties with "concealed carry" laws in place have remarkably less crime than others/previous. Survival is its primary concern and like all evil, it will even use good means to survive.
