needy family

Words of wisdom! I won't have cable (or an antenna) in my home....and I certainly wouldn't if I had kids!! What a great opportunity to go to the library and borrow books for FREE and read them!! What a world of good it would do everyone. Today, it seems people think they have it bad if they don't have all the luxuries and frills that their neighbors have.  (1 hr ago | post #45)

Daughter needs help to get christmas for daughter

I'm so sick of this! Many of my relatives grew up during the Great Depression, and even they didn't go around trying to grub from everyone- they made do with what they had. Xmas for a 1 year-old? Do you have ANY memories of when you were one? A 1 year-old doesn't even know what is going on- all they care about are eating and crapping. Sheesh- maybe people who are so destitute should think twice before they have a child?!!!!! I mean, if they can't so much as afford a few toys or stuffed animals for a baby! Maybe the mother should reconsider marrying someone who can't even provide the necesseties of life?! ....and maybe she should have waited until married to a suitable, stable person before having a child? This is just sickening- people breed like irresponsible oafs and then expect taxpayers and generous souls to take up the slack.  (15 hrs ago | post #11)

guys tell me what you want in a girl

I'm surprised more guys aren't into giving massages- it can be such a turn-on for both the giver and receiver, and is just a nice thing to do, as most ladies really seem to appreciate it. What with all the perverted stuff people are into today, you'd think a simple thing like a massage would be the first thing someone'd think of......  (15 hrs ago | post #79)

Walmart

While supplies last"- they don't give rainchecks on super-duper Black Friday sales. C'mon everyone- we all know that this practice is just a gimmick to get everyone into the stores and to part with their money. A few people will get the super deals. If they had to make sure that everyone who wanted such a deal got the deal, they simply wouldn't run the sales, because they are not making money on the super-cheap items.... It's O-K if they lose a few bucks on a few items to get all the salivating dogs into the store....but if they had to lose money on 300 units instead of 5 (per store) they simply would cease doing it, and no one would get the good deal.  (Yesterday | post #35)

Heck, I'd pay to give 'em if I had to! There's nothing more sensual and erotic than exploring a woman's body with your hands and seeing her writhe with pleasure. (Now THAT gets me going- much more so than the thought of using her mouth as a receptacle for bathroom parts).  (Thursday | post #74)

That is just SO wrong! Personally, I don't like big bagonzas (although it kinda depends on the girl- One girl I really like has 'em, & they're O-K); I'd like a girl who "gets" intelligent jokes (Without having to dumb-them-down or explain them) and I'd rather GIVE massages than receive.  (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #70)

As idiotic as it may be, I find it worthuwhile to know what the local community thinks...and in the process, sometimes get to interact with a few nice, intelligent souls.  (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #7)

To any Christian that believes in baptism

Matthew 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. John 12:42 Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: Joh 12:43 For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. Matthew 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. 2Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #3)

Can antone tell me what I can do?

Shouldn't that have been your concern before you decided to move onto such a busy road? I don't even have kids, and I'd never live on that road.....  (Tuesday Dec 1 | post #7)

So true! When I was a kid, my favorite toys were Matchbox cars and Lincoln logs, and I'd spend my allowances on nails, 'cause I was perpetually building forts. One of my friends was a spoiled brat, whose parents were not rich, but who gave him everything he could ever want. He'd be bored with his fancy, expensive toys in a week after getting them- as they required no immagination to us- and sadly, that kid ended up in jail by the time he was 18 and died at 45.  (Monday Nov 30 | post #30)

Glad to hear that there is still a woman out there who still knows the meaning of romance! (In my book, romance is the combination of physical attraction, chemistry and love and friendship. Take any of those ingredients out of the equation, and there can't be real romance). Say, how're ya doing with that chlorine poisoning?  (Monday Nov 30 | post #64)

Yes, lets hold Wal*Mart responsible for the human trait of greed! People line up like salivating dogs to buy some crap that will be long gone/broken before they pay it off on their 30% cards, and they'll bowl over granny and beat the crap out of each other to buy the latest fad toy, but it's Wal*Mart's fault! Hey, why not hold the product manufacturers responsible too, for creating such appealing products? And the advertising agencies and TV networks, for running commercials that make people want all the crap? Yes, let's blame everyone except the greedy, loathsome, petty morally-bankrupt consumer who camps out in a store for 48 hours to save 100 bucks on the latest video game system!  (Monday Nov 30 | post #21)
