Are you being for real? Surely not... It's an edit dude. Free your mind. Do I accuse you of having a faulty keyboard, since you fail to use proper punctuation?  (Apr 19, 2010 | post #4)

Wow. It is obvious here, how a mind is a beautiful thing to waist. Your statement was very well put and you explanation included well educated points that, for me, created a visual description of a gray area that should be recognized. Or at least, I hope becomes recognized. The over-exaggerated charges and penalties on the addict, that is not a drug solicitor, and is a productive citizen in society. As well as, the law officials cut-throat ways of putting a face with the crime to satisfy the public. Meaning, inflating charges unnecessarily. The all or none rule is so typical of them. They will, sometimes, penalize the shop-lifter for bank robbery. There is a difference, at the human level. Humans are built to make mistakes and the impact, of such, should not be so harsh that any future thereafter is bleak. I am not suggesting that the repeat offenders be given mercy. I am referring, again, to those that are not solicitors and have real responsibilities in life, that they have taken seriously. Emphasis on "have taken", not to be mistaken for "will take". I wish you luck in your battle.  (Mar 27, 2010 | post #46)
