Town clerk critical of raid procedures

It came directly from the attorney when we made the request for release of information. He said "I will not give you the informant's criminal back ground". However, he did say we could request it again and he would release it if the case went further. But, it is my understanding, that when we hired our attorney and he asked for it he didn't get it either. Yes, I do believe the informant is still living. It was not a 911 call or an anonymous tip. We have the paper work, so we have some details. The information the informant provided to the police that my son, Kevin, was a dealer came by as what would be known as hearsay to most people. I have more to say on this subject/article, but I really want to go over the article again before I do. However, if there are any other questions concerning this article (or the previous one about my sons arrest) please feel free to ask. I will answer to the best of my ability. Until next time. Take care and have a nice day :)  (Dec 2, 2009 | post #43)

Exactly! By law, if it is requested, the informant's criminal record is suppose to be made available to the defendant. However, when we made that request we were flat out denied his record. Protect the snitch is right! But, in this case the snitch was wrong!!  (Dec 1, 2009 | post #41)

We (Kevin and me) have our suspicions as to the "neighbor " and the BPD pal.  (Dec 1, 2009 | post #38)

Unfortunately I've missed a dozen of the comments left, so, I can't respond to them. And I can no longer retrieve the article as it's in the archives now. So, I have to find the article elsewhere so I can respond properly. However, Tim had nothing to gain by becoming involved in this matter.  (Dec 1, 2009 | post #37)

I'm guessing it's quite possible we have made each others acquaintance. Especially since we both lived on Bradford Street at the same time. There was an elderly gentleman that lived directly across from you, my son used to call him "Grandpa " and the other gentleman who visited him quite often my son called "Grandpa ", too. I don't remember their names tho. I was friends with R.B. she lived a few houses down from you and D.E. who lived nearby on a side street. Mr. Gauthier lived almost to the corner. Of coarse Ed's Market, then it was Crilly's - I was friends with Jack and Marty, even went to their wedding. After Jack passed K.R. got the store. I was almost a fixture at that store while I lived on the street. L.S. has the beautiful house on the corner. The LaCroix's lived very near to me and remain friends today. I've known The Beshara's always, but Mike and Evelyn have both passed, too. I'm still friends with Mickey, Mike and Tommy tho. And who can forget the Dufresnes? Also, we both know "Charlie ". I'm guessing you know The Short Stop? I was a frequent customer when the Sargents had it and I know P. But, I'll admit I don't know you from the pic. Not unusual for me these days tho -lol !  (Aug 10, 2009 | post #85)

I always thought Elmer Fudd was busy looking for that "wasckily wabbit". Never thought I'd find him here! Bugs Bunny has a way of confusing and getting to him, huh?  (Aug 10, 2009 | post #84)
