Farii: I think McCain has the more effective TV ads at the moment. You know the McCain group had hired Hillary's TV ad man who was very effective. I am hoping Barack can counter effectively, but I think that they may be relying on his oratory skill. That could be a mistake without good research and briefing. Hi Jersey Girl: We have both read you perspective and my wife loves you zeal. Personally, I can't agree with all you said, but you have to understand my wife is a moderate, I am a liberal. We understand that hospitals in certain areas, but particularly in black areas often overcharge because of patients having no financial resources, slow payments from some programs such as medicaid, slow payments from patients who have earnings, but no medical insurance. Often the states have to take up the slack. It is a problem throughout this country. Jersey Girl, remember the hospitals has to pay its bills too. I am not taking sides, but you have to look from their perspective also. They have pressure from their creditors too. We do not see him playing a race card, but he has received the attention of all people. Obama has not fully won of the Hillary Hellcats yet ( White women who support Hillary!) They are a group who are basically undecided between Barack and McCain. But the Hispanic block has join Obama since Hillary lost out. Obama wants to give the ones that are here some sought of asylum which my wife and I disagree with him, but if you look at history, there were always large groups of immigrants that settle into this country at one time or another. We are sure your folks came over as immigrants from Europe at some point. The only true Americans are the natives and it is theorized that they may have came from Asia! Obama has domestic drilling as an option. He wants alternative sources such as wind to come first, but he realizes now that we can't let foreign oil destroy us. I am not that familiar with Rezo and Obama, but I know that wifey and I had an apt building in the District and every time we look it had to be repaired for this and that. It was unprofitable, but not a bad tax shelter. We kept it for 15 years, kept it up and with appreciation, we sold it for a fair profit. You got to hang in there JerseyGirl and play by the rules! Obama want to stop the flow of immigrants coming into the country and yes both candidates want tougher penalties on these companies, but neither one is specific yet as to a plan. The Bush Administration has been soft on these companies! Labor standard as to immigrants receive low salaries, both candidates have pretty much ducked that subject so far or maybe I missed that one! They can't duck it in their upcoming debates. Obama does not plan to disarm America, he wants to march right into Pakistan. Hes a itchin' for a fight with the Taliban and Al Qaeda!
