Post-race inspection at track is complete. Engines to R&D Center: Kurt Busch, Denny Hamlin and Jeff Gordon. Cars to R&D Center Kurt Busch, Jeff Gordon and Mark Martin. Martin Truex Jr. car has failed post-race inspection due to being to low. Expect some penalties on Tuesday for that team. (Sunday Nov 8 | post #203)

I'm really not surprised at all by his actions. Not only did he lose but, he lost to his brother. It wasn't because of he had a bad car, it was because of fuel. He had a chance to make history and a few laps from making it happen - it was taken away. But, you have to also remember Kyle a few weeks ago in a interview saying he was going to change how he handled things. In the end, I think had he said something, he would have been criticized - had he not said something, he would have been criticized so, he took the road that made more sense to him - and left without talking.
