Whether one wants to believe it or not...One (whether that's me or you) is accountable for one's actions or non action as the circumstance(s) unfolds. By distributing such violent acts with other interested parties via YOUTUBE or other internet web outlets, your posting can be traced (mac address) as a potential eye witness and so a partaker of the crime. The only problem that I had with this story is CNN interviewing the caller without any protection her face being hid. There's a good chance of retaliation happening and thus her own life in danger.
