Man arrested for sexual assault, fleeing
There are two small errors in this story. First, Cantero had already been mirandized by the Judge and had signed documents acknowledging that he understood his rights and the charges against him. After signing these he THEN turned and ran. Secondly, he was not charged with "felony fleeing" he was charged with "escape from custody" which is a felony offense. (Dec 3, 2008 | post #1)
