Lions 20 / Vikings 10: Vikings finish last in division fo...

What a perfect ending of Brett Favres career. The end to the starts streak, his worst career numbers, and missing the playoffs on a last place team. Sometimes the grass insn't greener on the other side.  (Jan 2, 2011 | post #46)

Vikings: Brett Favre still hasn't passed concussion test

Just about all of Brett Favres records will be broken, and some already have. My guess would be that the interception record will never be broken and the starts record, not because there will never be someone tougher, but because the NFL won't allow concussed players to continue playing. Otherwise by the time Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are done they will have broken most of Favres records playing less years.  (Dec 30, 2010 | post #11)

Vikings: Brett Favre still hasn't passed concussion test

Again proving that Favre, has been in a state of concussion the last two years.  (Dec 30, 2010 | post #3)

I see you have hit your head one to many times. The choice is not up to Brett it's up to a neurologist. Jow Webb shows why he will never be an NFL qb tuesday. This is just the first of many years to come that the Vikes will have a losing record. Well on to the next milestone, 100 years without a Super Bowl. You already have a good start 50 and counting it shouldn't be that hard to hit 100.  (Dec 27, 2010 | post #12)

Vikings' Bevell: Brett Favre getting better, but still 'o...

The guy is a habitual liar. He's probably not injured at all. These are just excuses so that later when they ask him why his play was so terrible this year he can mumble back about some injury. Lets look back earlier, supposedly his elbow hurt, but he could still whip the ball 80 yards down field, but on incompletions he starts grabbing his elbow. Amazing that this injury has somehow healed throwing the ball every week. The guy makes this stuff up as he goes.  (Dec 9, 2010 | post #5)

Sansevere's Huddle: Time for Favre to step aside for the ...

Here might be a difference the Colts still have a shot at the playoffs, and Manning will most likely be the Colts quarterback after this season so they aren't actively looking for a quarterback of the future. The Vikings, are out of the playoff picture and should be taking all opprotunities to see if any of there younger players have any potential. 1 Peyton Manning 353 534 24TD 15INT Sacked 13 300 YG 2 Brett Favre 212 351 10TD 18INT Sacked 21 203 YG I think I'll pick Manning any day, at least he's healthy and not just going out there to pad his stats. You being a Favre homer wouldn't get that though. Well at least Manning, will break a lot of those Favre records by the time he is done. Frazier could make a real splash by making Favre sit and showing who is boss of this team. If Favre gave them the best chance to win this year they would have a winning record, last I looked they were 5-7.  (Dec 8, 2010 | post #6)

Brett Favre's status in limbo for next week

You just start planning your draft. Don't worry, this week you will be officially eliminated. Should be fun having the 50 years of failure team at the Metrodump against the Bears. They can all reminisce about how many different ways you can lose a playoff game.  (Dec 6, 2010 | post #53)

Brett Favre's status in limbo for next week

Favres status is not in question. He will start he wants the 300 starts. Here will be the game plan Favre will hand off to AD and when they are in long yardage situations he will throw with his left hand. Remember the Brett Favre motto. There is no I in team, but there is a me.  (Dec 6, 2010 | post #52)

Brad Childress on Vikings: 'I didn't do everything perfec...

It's kind of funny isn't it? Going in to the season all they wanted to do was talk about how sacked the Packers, and Bears were while not seeing that their line was as bad if not worse. They thought that it was great they were returning the same starters on offense and defense while the Bears, and Packers were adding players. If you remember, the Bears defense was an old aging unit. I guess we know who the old aging unit was, the Vikings. A team with no depth. But remember they did win a division championship. Yeah.  (Dec 5, 2010 | post #200)

Brett Favre's status in limbo for next week

Favre needs to sit, it was no accident that we scored the most points of the season.  (Dec 5, 2010 | post #2)

A Vikings stadium in Arden Hills?

I have the perfect way to pay for a new Vikings stadium. A 10% tax on legislators, until the stadium is paid for. Problem solved you vote for it you pay for it.  (Dec 5, 2010 | post #161)

Minnesota Vikings vs. Buffalo Bills: Bob Sansevere's keys...

Keys to the game 1. Keep Favre from throwing interceptions. 2. Keep Favre from fumbling the ball 3. Run the ball 4. Don't let Favre lose the game, see keys 1 and 2  (Dec 5, 2010 | post #1)

Leslie Frazier: An accidental coach who grew into the job

Well I now know why he has been passed over so many times for head coaching positions. Leaders need to be strong and exuberant. Leslie Frazier, walks around with a woe is me attitude like he has been picked on. After today we will all see why he's not head coach material.  (Dec 5, 2010 | post #2)

Tom Powers: There still are a few reasons to keep watchin...

Just another fool, who waited a year to long to retire. Might as well go out with a bang right. Nothing like going out on a losing note. Either way, the way he has played this year his last play will probably be an interception or a fumble.  (Dec 5, 2010 | post #1)

A Vikings stadium in Arden Hills?

Move that stadium to LA so Harry can pay for it.  (Dec 4, 2010 | post #152)
