When you register a vehicle in S Carolina, do you show the insurance card or do they rely on the insurance verification system?  (Dec 30, 2012 | post #1)

ABOLISH Compulsory Auto insurance Laws in Oklahoma.

Mandatory auto insurance laws will not replace your 65,000$ vehicle. Most mandatory auto insurance laws only require 10,000-25,000$ reimbursement. You are still out 55,000$ if hit by someone who has mandatory auto insurance. Jesus said "Blessed are the poor" Mandatory auto insurance says "to hell with the poor" You do not have Jesus on your side.  (Apr 28, 2012 | post #5)

ABOLISH Compulsory Auto insurance Laws in Oklahoma.

If you are driving a 2,000$ vehicle and are on your way to work and get hit by an uninsured driver, I will help you get your money back.. If you are driving a 20,000$ vehicle which you do not need on a highway which you have no right to drive, that is tough. Why did you not mention the millions on food stamps due to mandatory auto insurance laws? And the landlords who will not get their rent on time, if ever? Remember, you also do not have the right to drive on public roads.  (Apr 26, 2012 | post #3)

100$ Reward If You Can Find Out If DPHHS Dir Anna Whiting...

If a Mandatory Auto Insurance law increases the nrs on food stamps, this is required to be included in fiscal notes of mandatory auto insurance bills. (Mandatory auto insurance laws would thereby be increasing the costs of the Montana DPHHS) A badly produced food stamp survey showed that over the last 30 years, 30,000 wold have said auto insurance was a reason for needing food stamps. This survey was badly produced and needs to be done over. The USDA says it is o.k. if a private citizen wants to go thru the DPHHS and do their own surveys. Anna Whiting Sorrell refuses to answer the question as to whether she will allow privately funded food stamp surveys to find out this data for fiscal notes. So I am offering 100$ to the first person who can find out if Anna Whiting Sorrell will allow privately funded food stamp surveys to do the Billings, Montana survey over and find out this data for the fiscal notes of Montana laws.(Need her signature) Don Birkholz, P.O. Favor or oppose mandatory auto insurance?

That is correct, I would rather drive the roads with 100 good drivers without insurance than 100 multi DUI's who have insurance. The highways should be for the good drivers, not bad drivers with insurance.  (Nov 12, 2011 | post #18)

If you are poor, then the roads are not for you.  (Nov 11, 2011 | post #5)

Anna Whiting Sorrell should resign (MT DPHHS dir)

The USDA makes food stamp policy for the food stamp (SNAP) program. They have written me that it is fine with them if I want to privately fund food stamp surveys. Anna Whiting Sorrell will not allow privately funded food stamp surveys in Montana. I think she should resign and get a job where people love censorship and closed government. Should Compulsory Auto Insurance be Abolished in the Stat...

Why? Because it hurts poor people. If a household of 3 makes 800$ a month, pays 400$ for rent and 400$ for auto insurance, where does it get the money for its food? You guessed it, food stamps. A food stamp survey done by the Montana DPHHS in Billings, MT, showed 12% said auto insurance was a reason for needing food stamps. That equals 30,000 over the last 20 years in Montana.Go to http://www.foodsta mpstudy.com for the survey.  (Feb 6, 2011 | post #1)

Federal judge rules York County couple can challenge fede...

I guess it is time for a reality check. In some states you are required to carry auto liability insurance, even tho YOU DO NOT DRIVE THAT VEHICLE. In Alabama, If Mrs Smith drives and Mr Smith rides a bike, Mr Smith still has to be listed on the car policy Mrs Smith has, since all members of the household (with a driver's license) have to be listed on all vehicle's policy in that housrhold .So, If you do not drive in Alabama, you still have to be covered by insurance. Muslims do not allow members to purchase insurance. I guess that should convince everyone that Obama is not a Muslim, or else, why would he irritate his own religion (since Obama buys insurance, he is certainly not a Muslim). No one has mentioned the number of poor on food stamps due to mandatory auto insurance. A food stamp study done by the Montana DPHHS, in Billings, MT, showed that 12% of the food stamp applicants said auto insurance was a reason for needing food stamps. That equals 30,000 over the last 20 years in Montana. (http://www.foodst ampstudy.com)  (Jan 27, 2011 | post #25)
